المستخلص: The improvement of the healthiness of populations, and the aim of a sustainable development represent important issues that require great effort to fight against inequality. In Algeria this trend is emerging, and integrated the sustainable development in its set of objectives, particularly in Health field, in the context of the Regional Planning for 2025. The evolution and organization of health care provision, and the inequalities of spreading over territory led to reconsider the public health policies, relying on the principles provided by sustainable development. In a regional consideration of the context, health management is directly linked to the emergence of new tools and health actions such as local health planning, creation of new public health organizations, with the participation of various stakeholders and local actors.

L'amélioration de l'état de santé des populations appelle à un grand effort de lutte contre les inégalités. En Algérie cette tendance se dessine à grand trait car dans le cadre de l'aménagement du territoire à l'horizon 2025, l'Algérie a fixé des objectifs, dans lesquels elle intègre le concept du développement durable. A cet effet, l'évolution et l'organisation de l'offre de soins sur des territoires fortement disparates conduit à réexaminer les politiques de santé publique, en s'appuyant sur les principes offerts par le développement durable. Ainsi dans un raisonnement et une réflexion portée au niveau régional, la prise en charge sanitaire est liée à l'émergence de nouveaux outils de planification sanitaire tels que actions locales de santé, constitution de nouveaux acteurs de santé publique agissant localement au niveau d'une région avec la participation des différents intervenants et acteurs locaux.
