المستخلص: الليزر تقنية حديثة، ظهرت منذ عدة سنوات، يعود الفضل في اكتشاف الليزر للعالم الفيزيائي (ألبرت أينشتاين) في أوائل القرن العشرين، ولا تقتصر أهمية الليزر في صناعة الأسلحة وإنما يستخدم لأغراض علاجية وتجميلية بالنسبة للإنسان سواء الرجال والنساء أو الشباب أو كبار السن وحتى بالنسبة للأطفال، وتعتمد تقنية الليزر على توجيه شعاع ضوئي على البشرة، لحل المشكلة المراد علاجها، ويستخدم الليزر في العمليات الجراحية في علاج القلب وفي السرطان كما يستعمل في جراحة العيون إضافة إلى استخدامه لأغراض تجميلية كشفط الدهون وإزالة الوشم وحب الشباب والشعر الزائد في الوجه والأماكن الأخرى. التزام الطبيب أثناء مزاولة مهنته بعدم الخروج عن القواعد والأصول العلمية في علم الطب فعلى الطبيب أن يكون ملماً الماماً كافياً بمضمون أخلاقيات الطب حال مباشرته عمله الطبي وعليه بذل العناية وعدم الإهمال اتجاه المريض وملزم بتقديم العلاج اللازم بما يتسم بالإخلاص ومتطلبات العلم الحديث وقد يكون الخطأ في التشخيص وقد يتطلب ذلك فحص المريض أو إجراء تحليلات طبية أو أشعة أو سونار أو مفاز، وقد يكون الخطأ في وصف العلاج أو الخطأ في الرقابة الطبية على العلاج والتزام الطبيب في الأصل التزام ببذل عناية فهو لا يلتزم بشفاء المريض، لكن هناك حالات يكون فيها التزامه بتحقيق نتيجة وهي التزامه بضمان سلامة المريض من التدخل الجراحي، كما في التزامه بعمليات الجراحة التجميلية حيث يعتبر التزام بتحقيق نتيجة، ويسأل الطبيب عن خطئه العادي والمهني وسواء كان الخطأ جسيم أو غير جسيم .ويشمل التعويض في المسؤولية العقدية والتقصيرية حسب التوجه التشريعي والفقهي والقضائي الغالب الضرر الأدبي والمادي.

Treatment, and the doctor’s obligation in principle is an obligation to take care of falsehood that does not commit to the recovery of the patient. E, by ensuring the safety of the patient from surgical intervention, as in commitment to plastic surgery operations, as it is considered a commitment to achieve a result.
