تعد مباحث الألفاظ في علم الأصول من المباحث المهمة التي أوليت عناية خاصة عند الأصوليين بوصفها من أدوات التحليل اللغوي ومقدماته، هذا من جهة، ووجودها في مقدمات مباحث الأصول -على حسب تسويغهم -لأن علماء اللغة لم يدرسوها بالشكل المطلوب، أو قل العمق اللازم، لتحليل نصوصهم الشرعية. وهذه الرسالة من الرسائل المهمة التي بحثت المشتق عند الأصوليين للشيخ الميرزا أبو القاسم الكلانتري النوري (ت 1292هـ)، وقد قمت بتحقيقها لإضافتها إلى المكتبة اللغوية الأصولية. وكان التحقيق على مراحل، منها: حياة المؤلف ووفاته وشيوخه وتلاميذه، فأقوال العلماء فيه، هذا هو الشق الأول من التمهيد، أما الثاني: فكان لتعريف المشتق عند اللغويين بعامة، ثم عند الأصوليين، فوجدنا أن هناك نسبة تتعالق في ما بينهما وهي العموم من وجه. والنص المحقق حققته على نسخة خطية من مكتبة المرعشي العامة، قم المقدسة بالرقم (4110، دلالة الألفاظ، عربي). قمت بتحقيقها لأن الأبحاث اللغوية -الأصولية تقدم خدمات كثيرة إلى العلوم اللغوية الخالصة، فهي تحدد الوسائل المؤدية إلى تحديد المفاهيم اللغوية، وتوفير الركائز الأساسية للتعرف على مداليل اللغة.
The linguistics investigations in the science of origins are among the important investigations that have been given special attention to the fundamentalists as they are among the tools of linguistic analysis and its preliminaries, on the one hand, and its presence in the introductions to the investigations of the origins - according to their justification - because the linguists did not study it in the required form, or the necessary depth, to analyze their legal texts. This thesis is one of the important messages that discussed the derivative of the fundamentalists by Sheikh Mirza Abu al-Qasim al-Kalantari al-Nouri (d. 1292AH), and I verified it to add it to the fundamentalist linguistic library. The investigation was in stages, including: the author's life and death, his elders and his students, the scholars’ sayings about it, this is the first part of the preamble, as for the second: it was to define the derivation among linguists in general, and then with the fundamentalists, and we found that there is a ratio that relates between them, which is the generality in terms of. The verified text I made on a handwritten copy from Al-Marashi Public Library, Qom Holy No. (4110, Denotation of Words, Arabic). I achieved it because linguistic-fundamentalist research provides many services to the pure linguistic sciences, as it identifies the means leading to the identification of linguistic concepts, and provides the basic foundations for identifying the meanings of language.
