المستخلص: تمركزت مشكلة البحث كون أغلب اللاعبين الشباب يعانون من ضعفا في دقة بعض مهارات الكرة الطائرة وهذا ينعكس سلبا على أدائهم الحقيقي في مواقف اللعب التي تتطلب إمكانية عالية في معالجة الظروف المختلفة التي تفرضه عليهم حالات اللعب والمقدرة على التنفيذ الدقيق لمهارات الكرة الطائرة بالمستوى الذي يتناسب مع متطلبات الموقف الحقيقي للعب وبالتالي تحقيق الدقة المثالية لمهارات الكرة الطائرة. لهذا تمت دراسة هذه المشكلة من خلال المحاولة في استعمال تمرينات مشابهة للمنافسة بأسلوب اللعب في تطوير دقة بعض مهارات الكرة الطائرة للشباب، وهدف البحث إلى إعداد تمرينات مشابهة للمنافسة بأسلوب اللعب في تطوير دقة مهارات الكرة الطائرة للشباب، والتعرف على تأثير تمرينات المنافسة بأسلوب اللعب في تطوير دقة بعض مهارات الكرة الطائرة للشباب. وافترض أن للتمرينات المشابهة للمنافسة بأسلوب اللعب تأثيرا إيجابيا في تطوير دقة بعض مهارات الكرة الطائرة للشباب. استعمل الباحث المنهج التجريبي بتصميم (المجموعتان المتكافئتان ذات الاختبار القبلي والبعدي) وذلك لملاءمته طبيعة المشكلة وتحقيق أهداف البحث، ومثلت عينة البحث مجتمع البحث بأكمله وهم لاعبو نادي الروضتين الشباب بالكرة الطائرة للموسم (٢٠١٥-٢٠١٦)م والبالغ عددهم (١٢) لاعبا وهذا يعني استعمل الباحث طريقة الحصر الشامل لجميع أفراد المجتمع، وتم تقسيمهم عن طريق القرعة إلى مجموعتين الأولى تجريبية وتضم (٦) لاعبين والثانية ضابطة وتضم (٦) لاعبين، وأجرى الباحثان الاختبارات القبلية في 16/1/ 2016 على القاعة الرياضية المغلقة في محافظة كربلاء، وبدء المنهج في 20/1/ 2016م وانتهى في 1/ 3/ 2016م وتضمن تمرينات مشابهة للمنافسة بأسلوب اللعب من خلال عمل تمرينات بأشكال مشابهة لحالات اللعب الحقيقية وتطبيق أداء دقة المهارات الظروف كافة التي يتعرض لها اللاعب في المنافسة أو اللعب، وأجرى الباحث الاختبارات البعدية لعينة البحث في 5/ 3/ 2016 على القاعة الرياضية المغلقة لنادي الروضتين -محافظة كربلاء. وجاءت أهم الاستنتاجات إن للتمرينات المشابهة للمنافسة بأسلوب اللعب تأثيرا إيجابيا في تطوير دقة بعض مهارات الكرة الطائرة للشباب. وأن استعمال تمرينات المشابهة للمنافسة بأسلوب اللعب ساعد في توفير استجابات مثالية بما يناسب المواقف الحقيقية للعب.. وأهم التوصيات هي ضرورة الاهتمام بالتمرينات المشابهة للمنافسة بأسلوب اللعب في الوحدات التدريبية لجميع المهارات بالكرة الطائرة.
