المستخلص: تشكل القرارات الإدارية الشريان النابض في عروق الهيكل التنظيمي وفروعه المختلفة لأي منظمة وبدونها تقف أية منظمة صغيرة كانت أو كبيرة عاجزة عن الوصول إلى أقل أهدافها، لذلك أدرك المختصون الأهمية البالغة لتلك العملية التربوية وانعكاساتها بطريقة وأخرى على تلك المؤسسات مما حثهم على إبراز هذه العملية من خلال إشراك مرؤوسيهم في الدورات التطويرية للوقوف على أهمية صنع القرار، وبخصوص البحث الحالي فقد اشتثعر الباحث ومن خلال عمله في الميدان التعليمي أهمية معرفة جودة اتخاذ القرار الإداري لدى المشرفين التربويين الاختصاصين في تربية بابل بوصفهم من أهم الحلقات التي تشرف على سير العملية التعليمية، ويهدف البحث إلى: 1-التعرف على جودة اتخاذ القرار الإداري لدى المشرفين التربويين الاختصاصيين. 2-التعرف على التفكير الإبداعي لدى المشرفين التربويين الاختصاصيين. 3-التعرف على العلاقة بين جودة اتخاذ القرار الإداري والتفكير الإبداعي لدى المشرفين التربويين الاختصاصيين. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لطبيعة مشكلة البحث. وتحدد مجتمع البحث بالمشرفين التربويين الاختصاصيين في مديرية تربية محافظة بابل والبالغ عددهم (267) مشرف ومشرفة واختيرت عينة بالطريقة العشوائية بعدد (177) مشرفا ومشرفة، واستخدم الباحث الهم الوسائل الإحصائية لمعالجة بياناته (الوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، معامل الارتباط، الاختبار التائي) وكانت اهم الاستنتاجات هي: 1-يمتلك جميع أفراد عينة البحث مهارة صناعة القرار ومهارات التفكير الإبداعي. 2-أن وجود صناعة القرار تعتمد على مهارات متعددة ومنها مهارة التفكير الإبداعي. 3-القدرة على التفكير الإبداعي ينتج عنها ممارسات منها صناعة القرار.

The researcher used Almhenj descriptive suits the nature of the problem Seat.othdd research community supervisors educators specialists in breeding Babil province Directorate's (267) Musharraf and honorable and selected sample randomly number (177) Musharraf and honorable, and the researcher used the carefree statistical means to address data (mean, deviation standard, Mwaliml link, samples t-test) and was the most important conclusions are: 1. Possesses all the research sample skill of decision-making and creative thinking skills. 2. The presence of decision-making based on multiple skills, including the skill of creative thinking. 3. The ability to produce creative thinking practices, including decision-making.
