|d Au-delà de la problématique de l''ouverture ou non du transport aérien en Algérie aux investisseurs privés algériens et étrangers qui demeurent posée, l''ouverture du ciel algérien à la concurrence constitue actuellement un sujet fort controversé. Les Etats et les organisations régionales ne cessent d''exercer des pressions sur l''Algérie à cet effet. Les Etats Unis pour la ligne Alger New York, l''union européenne, les pays du golfe arabique et les pays du Maghreb notamment y reviennent régulièrement à la charge L''organisation Internationale de l''Aviation Civile (OACI) y souscrit naturellement. Les oppositions, à l''heure actuelle, des autorités algériennes concernées, à l''idée de l''open sky principalement (ouverture totale du ciel) relayées en cela par Air Algérie ne pourraient indéfiniment résister aux pressions.
