| 520 | |a من المتفق عليه أنه لا يمكن في الغالب فهم الوثيقة الإدارية بالكامل إلا في علاقة بمجموع الوثائق التي تم إنشاؤها في سياق نشاط معين. ومن خلال مقاربة الملف كـ "وحدة من المعلومات". يفحص هذا المقال مختلف التعريفات المحددة للملف في سياق المعلومات الإدارية والموثقة. ويحدد مختلف أصناف الملفات مفصلا القول في خصائصها الأساسية التي تسمح بتمييز "ملف حقيقي" عن مجرد حزمة من الوثائق. كما يدرس الدورة العمرية للملف والعمليات الأرشيفية المطبقة عليه في كل مرحلة. أخيرا، يهتم المقال بالملف في البيئة الإلكترونية، فيخلص إلى أن هذا المفهوم لا يفقد شيئا من أهميته، لكنه يطرح اشتراطات جديدة تتعلق بصلاحية الملف وكيفية إدارته. |b It is acknowledged that an administrative document cannot, in most cases, be fully understood unless it is linked to all created documents in the context of a given activity. Considering the File as an "information unit", this paper examines the different definitions given to this notion in the context of administrative and recorded information. It identifies the different categories of files and specifies their basic characteristics to distinguish a "real file" from a simple pile of documents. It also examines the life cycle of a File and the archival treatments applied to it at each stage. Finally, by treating a File notion in the electronic environment, this paper conclude that this notion does not lose its relevance, on the contrary, it raises new requirements concerning the validity of a File and the way of its management. |d Il est admis qu'un document administratif ne peut, le plus souvent, être entièrement compris qu'en liaison avec l'ensemble des documents créés dans le cadre d’une activité donnée. En considérant le Dossier en tant qu'"unité d'information", cet article examine les différentes définitions données au Dossier dans le contexte de l'information administrative et consignée. Il identifie les différentes catégories de dossiers et précise leurs caractéristiques de base permettant de distinguer un «vrai dossier» d'un simple amas de documents. Il examine également le cycle de vie du Dossier et les traitements archivistiques qui lui sont appliqués à chaque étape. L'article s'intéresse enfin au Dossier dans l'environnement électronique, et note que cette notion ne perd rien de sa pertinence, mais soulève de nouvelles exigences relatives à la validité du Dossier et à la manière de le gérer. | ||
