المستخلص: تحتل مصادر المعلومات الإلكترونية مكانة كبيرة لدى الباحثين الجزائريين في مختلف تخصصاتهم، من أجل ذلك عملت وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي على توفير ذلك النوع من المصادر عن طريق اعتماد النظام الوطني للتوثيق على الخط SNDL الذي يوفر مجموعة هامة من قواعد المعطيات والمعلومات التي تغطي مختلف التخصصات المعرفية، إلا أن دراستنا هذه كشفت عزوف الباحثين بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والعلوم الإسلامية بجامعة وهران 1 أحمد بن بلة عن استخدام هذا النظام واستغلال ما يوفره من قواعد بيانات وطنية وعالمية بالرغم من كونهم يستغلون مصادر المعلومات الإلكترونية المتوافرة على شبكة الإنترنت، مما يجعل هذا النظام بعيدا عن الأهداف المرسومة له في أن يكون دعامة حقيقية للبحث العلمي في الجزائر. هذا ما يجعلنا نتساءل عن مدى التسويق الذي يحظى به من قبل الوزارة المنشئة له، خصوصا وأنه قطع شوطا لا بأس به في منظومة البحث العلمي منذ تأسيسه سنة 2011

Electronic information sources are of great importance among Algerian researchers; however, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has worked to provide that type of sources by adopting the Online national system of documentation known as SNDL, which provides a good set of databases and information that covers a wide range of cognitive disciplines. Our study shows the reluctance in the use of national and international databases among researchers at the faculty of human sciences and Islamic sciences at the university of Oran 1 Ahmed Ben Bella, which raises some concerns for scientific research in Algeria with a particular emphasis on the significant marketing role played by the ministry, especially if one tends to scrutinize how far has scientific research come since its establishment in 2011.

Les sources d'information électroniques sont d'une grande importance pour les chercheurs algériens. Dans ce cadre, le ministère de l'enseignement supérieur et de la recherche scientifique de l’Algérie s'est efforcé de fournir ce type de sources en créant le Système National de Documentation en Ligne connu sous le nom de SNDL. Ce système fournit un bon ensemble de bases de données et d'informations couvrant un large éventail de disciplines. Toutefois, notre étude a montré la réticence à l'utilisation des bases de données nationales et internationales chez les chercheurs de la Faculté des Sciences Humaines et des Sciences Islamiques de l'université d'Oran 1 Ahmed Ben Bella. Ce résultat nous a poussé à nous interroger sur les raisons de cette répugnance à l’usage du système SNDL, et si les universitaires algériens sont suffisamment informés quant aux avantages que procurent ce système, dix ans après sa création.
