يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل عوامل البيئة الداخلية المتمثلة في (الهيكل التنظيمي، الثقافة التنظيمية، والموارد البشرية) فضلا عن بيان مدى مساهمة تلك العوامل على كفاءة وفاعلية نظم المعلومات الإدارية (البرمجيات، الشبكات والاتصالات، المعلومات) في شركة التأمين الوطنية/ بابل. لقد حاولت الباحثة الإجابة عن تساؤل (هل لعوامل البيئة الداخلية أثر على كفاءة وفاعلية نظم المعلومات الإدارية). وقد تكون مجتمع البحث من الموظفين العاملين في شركة التامين الوطنية/ بابل، يتكون مجتمع من (٢٩٧) عامل وعاملة، أما عينة البحث فقد تم اختيارها بواسطة الطريقة الطبقية العشوائية، بواقع (٣٧) مفردة، وقد اعتمد البحث على الأسلوب الوصفي التحليلي، وقد تم جمع البيانات الميدانية من خلال استبانة تم بناءها وتطويرها لقياس هدف البحث: وكيف يؤثر هذا الواقع سلبا أو إيجابا على كفاءة وفاعلية نظم المعلومات الإدارية لشركة موضوع البحث. واختبار فرضيات، وقد تكونت من جزئيين تمثل الجزء الأول منها في دراسة عوامل البيئة الداخلية، في حين احتوى الجزء الثاني على كفاءة وفاعلية نظم المعلومات الإدارية، كما تم استخدام، (SPSS) في تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية الأساليب الإحصائية الوصفية لوصف بيانات البحث، وكذلك الأسلوب الإحصائي الاستدلالي لقياس أهداف البحث واختبار فرضيات، وقد توصلت الباحثة إلى النتائج أهمها يعد التحليل البيئية الداخلية مرحلة أساسية من مراحل التخطيط الاستراتيجي فهو يمثل مفتاحا للشركة في تحديد أهدافها وخياراتها الاستراتيجية. كما تسعى الباحثة إلى تقديم مقترح للشركة موضوع البحث: ضرورة أن تعتمد شركات التامين كافة منهج تحليل بيئة المنظمة لتشخيص مواطن القوة أو الضعف التي تمتلكها من أجل الاستمرار في عملها.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the internal environment factors (organizational structure, organizational culture, and human resources) as well as the extent to which these factors contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of management information systems in the National Insurance Company / Babylon. The researcher tried to answer the question (do internal environmental factors affect the efficiency and effectiveness of management information systems). The research community is one of the employees of the National Insurance Company / Babel. The sample of the research was selected by random stratified method (37). The research was based on analytical descriptive method. The field data were collected through a questionnaire that was constructed and developed To measure the purpose of the research: and how this affects negatively or positively on the efficiency and effectiveness of management information systems for the company subject matter of the research. The second part consisted of the efficiency and effectiveness of management information systems. The SPSS program was used to describe the study data, as well as the statistical method used to measure the study objectives and hypothesis test. , The researcher reached the results of the most important, the internal environmental analysis is a key stage of the strategic planning stages, it represents a key to the company in determining its objectives and strategic options. The researcher also aims to submit a proposal to the company under consideration: The insurance companies should adopt all the methodology of analyzing the environment of the organization to diagnose the strengths or weaknesses that it possesses in order to continue its work.
