|a تناول البحث أهم المعوقات التي تقف حائلا دون تحقيق التنمية الريفية في منطقة الدراسة والتي من أهمها ما يرتبط بالموارد الطبيعية وتمثل (المعوقات التي تخص المناخ، طبيعة السطح، تلوث التربة، الموارد المائية، مشكلة الملوحة، التصحر والتعرية)، أما المعوقات التي تخص الموارد البشرية فتتمثل بـ (ارتفاع معدل النمو السكاني، الملكية والحيازة الزراعية، استخدام التكنلوجيا والمستلزمات الفنية، التمسك التقليدي بالتراث الزراعي، انخفاض التسليف المالي الحكومي، ترك العمل الزراعي لأسباب أمنية، خدمات الماء الصالح للشرب، خدمات الكهرباء، مشكلة الخدمات الصحية والتعليمية والترفيهية، الزحف العمراني، والأسعار الزراعية، مساوئ التسويق)، ومن ثم تناول البحث أهم الحلول المستقبلية من خلال وضع الخطط التنموية للنهوض بواقع التنمية الريفية ووضع التقديرات التي يجب أخذها بنظر الاعتبار مستقبلا عند وضع خطط التنمية.
