"سلط الباحث الضوء على دور الأمثلية والمحاكاة لما تشكلانه من أهمية كبيرة للمنظمات على اختلاف طبيعة نشاطاتها، وعليه ارتئ الباحث الوقوف على واقع عمل شركة الواحة للمشروبات الغازية في مجال تطبيق الأمثلية ودورها في إدارة المخزون المادة الاولية في ظل بيئة تتسم بعدم التأكد. حددت مشكلة الدراسة ببعدين البعد الأول معرفي يتمثل بفقر الدراسات المتعلقة بموضوع تحقيق الأمثلية بأسلوب المحاكاة في إدارة المخزون كونها من المتغيرات التي تتسم الموضوعية والتي تتسم بالتداخل في آليات ومنهجيات العمل إذ تحتاج إلى البحث والدراسة. أما البعد الثاني التطبيقي يصف الرؤية المستقبلية لتطبيق أسلوب المحاكاة وما له من أثر إيجابي في مجال إدارة المخزون في الوقت الحاضر. إذ تم تطبيق الدراسة في ميدان الصناعة الذي يواجه عملية التغيير في المرحلة الراهنة مع تراكم مسببات الإهمال وعدم التطوير والتحديث. ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إعداد المخطط الإجرائي الذي يصف التطبيق العملي للمعمل المبحوث. وبهدف الحصول على البيانات والمعلومات المتعلقة بمتغيرات الدراسة اعتمد الباحث مقياس متطور ملائم للدراسة. ولغرض تحليل البيانات المستلمة والخاصة بمتغيرات الدراسة استخدم الباحث عدد من الوسائل الرياضية المتمثلة بالمعادلات واستخدام البرنامج الخاص بالمحاكاة Arena. وعلى ضوء النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها. توصل الباحث إلى حقيقة أنه لا يمكن تطبيق الأمثلية إلا عن طريقة اَلية المحاكاة المستندة على الأمثلية. إذ تضمن المحاكاة توفير عدة سيناريوهات تتوافق مع واقع بيئة العمل والتي تتسم بعدم التأكد."
"The researcher sheds light on the role of optimality and simulation because it is of great importance to organizations of different nature of their activities. Therefore, the researcher focused on standing on the reality of the work of the Oasis Soft Drinks Company in the field of optimization and its role in managing the stock in an environment characterized by uncertainty. The problem of the study was identified in two dimensions. The first dimension is knowledge, represented by the poverty of studies related to the subject of optimization by simulating stock management in light of the uncertainty that it is one of the objective variables that are characterized by overlapping in the mechanisms and work methodologies, which need research and study. As for the second applied dimension, it describes the future vision of applying the simulation method and its positive impact in the field of inventory management at the present time. The study was applied in the field of industry facing the process of change in the current stage with the accumulation of causes of neglect and lack of development and modernization. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, an action plan was prepared that describes the practical application of the researched laboratory. In order to obtain data and information related to the study variables, the researcher adopted an advanced scale suitable for the study. For the purpose of analyzing the data received regarding the study variables, the researcher used a number of mathematical methods represented by equations and using the Arena simulation program. In the light of the results obtained. The study found the fact that the fitness can only be applied through the simulation based on optimality method. The simulation includes providing several scenarios that correspond to the reality of the work environment, which is characterized by uncertainty"
