|a تعد المسؤولية الاجتماعية ظاهرة تخضع لوجهات نظر متعددة تشكل إطارا لتطور هذا المفهوم، وتعني المسؤولية الاجتماعية التزام أخلاقي على الشركات تجاه المجتمع الذي تعمل فيه بأن تقوم بمعالجة إضرارها الناتجة من تنفيذ أنشطتها، فضلا عن المساهمة في حماية وتنمية البيئة والمجتمع ورفع المستوى المعيشي للعاملين وعائلاتهم، والعمل على الارتقاء بجودة منتجاتها. ويعبر الأداء المالي عن أداء الشركات في الأجل القصير، إذ أنه الركيزة الأساسية للأنشطة التي تقوم بها الشركة، ويعني الأداء المالي أداة يتم من خلالها التعرف على الوضع المالي السائد في الشركة خلال مدة زمنية معينة، ووسيلة لتحفيز العاملين والإدارة لبذل المزيد من الجهد بهدف تحقيق نتائج ومعايير مالية أفضل من الفترات السابقة. أجريت هذه الدراسة في إحدى أهم الشركات الصناعية والتابعة لوزارة الصناعة والمعادن العراقية وهي الشركة العامة للسمنت الجنوبية، وهدفت الدراسة إلى قياس أثر مجالات المسؤولية الاجتماعية (تنمية العاملين، حماية البيئة، المساهمات العامة، جودة المنتج) على أداء الشركة المالي في الأجل القصير، أي مدى انعكاس اهتمام الشركة بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية على زيادة ربحية الشركة وتوسع حصتها السوقية وزيادة قدرتها على الاقتراض من المؤسسات المالية والمصرفية. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن جميع أنشطة المسؤولية الاجتماعية تؤدي إلى تحسين أداء الشركة في الأجل القصير، وأن الأنشطة الخاصة بتنمية العاملين هي أكثر أنشطة المسؤولية الاجتماعية تأثيرا على أداء الشركة المالي يليها نشاط المساهمات العامة ومن ثم نشاط حماية البيئة وأخير نشاط جودة المنتج. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة اهتمام الشركة بالأنشطة الخاصة بتنمية العاملين من خلال توفير السكن والنقل لهم وزيادة عدد الدورات التدريبية، إذ أن الاهتمام بتنمية العاملين وحمايتهم يحسن أداء الشركة، وكذلك أوصت الدراسة بضرورة زيادة اهتمام الشركة بالتفاعل مع المجتمع من خلال زيادة الخدمات المقدمة ودعم كافة فئاته.

This study was conducted on one of the most important industrial company under the Ministry of Industry and Minerals in Iraq, which the public Company for Southern Cement, The study aimed to measure the impact of measuring the impact of the areas of corporate social responsibility (Employees development, environmental protection, public contributions, product quality) on the company's financial performance in the short term, that is the reflection of the attention of the company's social responsibility to increase the profitability of the company and expand its market share and increase its ability to borrow from by improving its image while financial and banking institutions. The study found that all social responsibility activities lead to improved performance of the company in the short term, and on the development of activities of employees are more influential on the company's financial activity, followed by public contributions to the performance of corporate social responsibility activities and then Activity environmental protection and product quality resort Activity The study recommended the need to the attention of the company's own development Employees activities through the provision of accommodation, transport them and increase the number of training sessions, as concern for the development of workers and protect them improve the performance of the company, as well as the study recommended the need to increase the interest of the company to interact with the community through increased services and support for all denominations.
