|a يعد القرن العشرين الفترة الذهبية للدراسات اللسانية في الجزائر؛ إذ برزت طائفة طلائعية من اللغويين الجزائريين الأعلام، تنوعت منطلقاتهم في البحث اللغوي بين التشبع بالتراث العربي القديم وعيا بأسسه ودراية بتطبيقاته وبين الانفتاح على جديد الدراسات اللسانية الغربية؛ على غرار الأستاذ "مختار نويوات" الذي يعد من رجالات التعليم والتربية، ومن أفذاذ اللسانيين المعاصرين، قدم إضافات نوعية للدرس اللغوي العربي في فروع عديدة كالبلاغة، وتحقيق الكتب التراثية، والمصطلحية والترجمة وغيرها... انطلقت من حب صادق للغة العربية، ورغبة وقادة في تجديد واقعها واصلاح ما علق في عقول الناطقين بها من مفاهيم مغلوطة حولها هذا ما نستهدف الكشف عنه في هذه المقالة، فضلا عن تسليط الضوء على حياة هذه القيمة العلمية السامقة.
|b The twentieth century is the golden period of the studies of linguistic in Algeria; a leading class of Algerian linguists has emerged٬ whose linguistic aspirations have been diversified between the saturation of the ancient Arab heritage with an awareness of its foundations and the awareness of its applications, and the openness to the new Western Linguistic Studies; like professor Mokhtar Nuweat, who is a teaching, education, and of the modern Contemporary linguistics, he has provided quality additions to the Arabic - Linguistic lesson in many branches such as the eloquence, the achievement of heritage books, terminology, translation, and more... It started from a sincere love for the Arabic Language, and a desire and leaders to renew its reality and reform the misconceptions that the speakers have commented on .This is what we aim to reveal in this article, as well as to highlight the life of this important scientific personality.
