The study aimed to identify the role of transformational leadership in its dimensions, in achieving organizational excellence in the Faculty of Economics, Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences, University of Medea, where the descriptive analytical approach was used, and the study population was chosen., and the questionnaire was relied on as a tool for data collection, and the study concluded that there is an acceptable level for the availability of transformational leadership dimensions in the college at the significance level of 0.05, in addition to an acceptable level for the availability of organizational excellence in the college at the significance level of 0.05. |
