المستخلص: 1-Humanity is one of the great features of Islam. One of the fruits of Islam's humanity is the principle of human brotherhood. It is a principle established by Islam on the basis that all human beings are children of one man and one woman. They are joined by this one common prophecy and the bond of womb. The Almighty said: {O people, keep your duty to your Lord, Who created you from a single being ...}1. This human brotherhood in Islam is neither for consumption nor for misleading, but rather it is a religious fact about which there is no doubt. 2-The research focused on the foundations that establish the principle of human brotherhood. The first foundation: consolidating human brotherhood as peace is the basis of the relationship with non-Muslims, not war. The second foundation: establishing human brotherhood by permitting cooperation and dealing with non-Muslims. The third foundation: founding human brotherhood through the commitment to justice in treating them and redressing injustice from them. The fourth foundation: reinforcing human brotherhood by permitting gifts from each other; and visiting their patients. The fifth foundation: launching human brotherhood by rejecting religious polemics and declining desire for revenge. The sixth foundation: building up human brotherhood by ensuring that non-Muslims enjoy the guarantees granted by the Qur'an to them.
