المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الأسر الطلابية في نشر ثقافة المواطنة الرقمية لدى أعضائها بالجامعات، والتعرف على أبرز قيم المواطنة الرقمية التي أسهمت في ترسيخها الأسر الطلابية لدى أعضائها بالجامعات، والتعرف على الصعوبات التي تواجه الأسر في نشر ثقافة المواطنة الرقمية لدى أعضائها بالجامعات، ومتطلبات تفعيل أخلاقيات المواطنة الرقمية لأعضاء الأسر الطلابية بالجامعات، وضع تصور مقترح لآليات نشر ثقافة المواطنة الرقمية لأعضاء الأسر الطلابية بالجامعات. واعتمدت الدراسة على الدراسة الوصفية التحليلية التي تقوم على الوصف والتحليل لنشر ثقافة المواطنة الرقمية لدى أعضاء الأسر الطلابية بالجامعات، واعتمدت الدراسة على منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة للطلاب. أعضاء الأسر الطلابية وعددهم (100) بكليات جامعة الزقازيق، وطبقت استشارة استبيان على الطلاب المشاركين في الأسر الطلابية ب(10) كليات بجامعة الزقازيق، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لآليات نشر ثقافة المواطنة لأعضاء الأسر الطلابية بالجامعات، يتضح أن تصميم برامج طلابية وأنشطه تثقيفية لنشر وتوعية المواطنة الرقمية بين الطلبة أعضاء الأسر الطلابية تأتي الترتيب الأول بمتوسط وزن مرجح 2,6 وانحراف معياري .559، ثم تأتي وضع التشريعات والسياسات التي تتضمن نشر ثقافة المواطنة الرقمية وممارستها داخل الجامعات من قبل الطلبة بمتوسط وزن مرجح 2.5 وانحراف معياري 666.، وأخيرا تأتي تشجيع الطلبة على المشاركة في النوادي الطلابية بالحرم الجامعي بمتوسط وزن مرجح 1.31 وانحراف معياري .717

This study aims to identify the role of student families in spreading the culture of digital citizenship among their members in universities, and to identify the most prominent values of digital citizenship that contributed to the consolidation of student families among their members in universities, and to identify the most prominent values of digital citizen ship that contributed to the consoliedation of student families among their members in universities and to identify the difficulties faced by student families in spreading the culture of digital citizenship among their members in universities and the requirements for achieving the dimensions of digital citizenship for members of student families in universities and the requirements for activating the ethics of digital citizenship for members of student families in universities develop a proposed vision for mechanisms for spreading the culture of digital citizenship for members of student families in universities the study relied on the descriptive analytical study that is based on description and analysis to spread the culture of culture of digital citizenship among members of student families in universities the study relied on a sample social survey method for students who are members of the student families and numbered 100 in the faculties of Zagazig university, a questionnaire was applied to students participating in students families in 10 faculties at zagazig university, the results of study reached to the development of a proposed vision for mechanisms of spreading the culture of digital citizenship for members of student families in universities, it is clear that the design of student programs and educational activities to spread and raise awareness of digital citizenship among students who are members of students families comes first, with a weighted average of 2.6 and a standard deviation of 55g, then came the development of legislation and policies that include spreading the culture of digital citizenship and it’s practice with universities by students with a weighted average weight of 2.5 and stander deviation of 666, finally students were encouraged to participate I student clubs on the university campus with a weighted averaged weight of 1,31 and standard deviation of 717.
