This research deals with the subject of the jurisdiction of the mixed courts in Egypt. We have divided the research to include the following elements: the introduction, the first requirement, which covers the history and establishment of the mixed courts in Egypt; the second requirement focusing on the rules and conditions of the jurisdiction of the mixed courts in Egypt, the third requirement addressing the jurisdictional jurisdiction of the mixed courts in Egypt, and the fourth requirement which discusses the conflict of jurisdiction between mixed courts and other courts (general theories and observations).
