المستخلص: This work represents a conceptual study on the skills and competences necessary for an international manager in order to internationalize the activities of his company. The international environment has undergone multiple changes and is not troubled by the forecasts determined by the managers, so it becomes necessary to adapt its strategies to the elements of the new international environment. From this work we try to present the necessary capacities for each international manager to better adapt to the new international environment.

Conceptuelle sur les aptitudes et les compétences nécessaires a manager international afin d’internationaliser les activités de son entreprise. L’environnement international a connu de multiples changement et ne caisse de troublée les prévissions déterminées par les manager, donc il devient nécessaire d’adapter ses stratégies aux éléments du nouvel environnement international. A partir de ce travail on essaye de présenter les capacités nécessaires à chaque manager international pour mieux s’adapter au nouvel environnement international.
