المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع الممارسات التدريسية الفعلية التي يمارسها أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية من وجهة نظر الطلبة، وأثر بعض المتغيرات في درجة ممارسة أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية لتلك الممارسات. وقد سعت للإجابة عن السؤال الرئيس التالي: ما واقع الممارسات التدريسية الفعلية التي يمارسها أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية من وجهة نظر الطلبة؟ وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي باستخدام أداة الاستبانة التي جرى التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. واستخدم الباحث عينة عشوائية عنقودية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن أكثر الممارسات التدريسية ممارسة في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية من وجهة نظر الطلبة كانت في مجال التواصل والتفاعل وأقلها في مجال طرائق التدريس. وتبين أن طلبة جامعة البلقاء غير راضين عن استخدام أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية للطرق التدريسية التقليدية أحيانا، وخصوصا في الكليات العلمية، وأن أساليب التقويم ما زالت تقليدية، وأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الممارسات التدريسية الفعلية لأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية من وجهة نظر الطلبة تعزي للجنس والمستوي الدراسي. هذا في حين كانت هناك فروق دالة إحصائيا في الممارسات التدريسية في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية من وجهة نظر الطلبة تعزى للتخصص. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تغيير أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية لأساليب التدريس التقليدية والاتجاه نحو استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في التدريس الجامعي، واستخدام تقنيات تدريسية حديثة مثل: التعليم بالجوال، والصف المقلوب.

This study aims to identify the teaching practices practiced by faculty members at Al-Balqa Applied University from the perspective of students, as well as the impact of some variables on the degree of practice among faculty members at Al-Balqa Applied University. It sought to answer the following key question: What teaching practices are practiced by faculty members at Al-Balqa Applied University? The researcher used the descriptive approach through the survey method using a questionnaire, the validity and reliability of which were verified. The researcher used a random cluster sample and reached the following results: The most practiced teaching practices at Al-Balqa Applied University from the students' point of view were in the field of communication and interaction and the least practiced were in the field of teaching methods. The students of Al-Balqa Applied University are dissatisfied with the use of faculty members of traditional teaching methods sometimes, especially in scientific colleges, as well as with that the methods of evaluation are still traditional. There are no statistically significant differences in the actual teaching practices of faculty members at Al-Balqa Applied University from the viewpoint of students attributed to sex and academic level. There are statistically significant differences in the actual teaching practices of faculty members at Al-Balqa Applied University from the viewpoint of students attributed to specialization. The study recommended the need for faculty members to change traditional teaching methods and follow the trend towards the use of ICT in university teaching, in addition to the use of modern teaching techniques, such as: mobile education and inverted classroom. The researcher recommends: -Holding workshops for faculty members regarding good teaching practices in light of quality assurance standards in university teaching. -Inviting faculty members to follow teaching methods that contribute to achieving teaching effectiveness. -The necessity of training faculty members on the requirements of appropriate educational situations for the use of teaching aids and techniques and diversification in the use of modern teaching methods. -Holding professional development programs to develop the performance of faculty members and providing faculty members with the opportunity to join these training programs.
