Prepared by a committee of experts, constituting material, the Constitution was submitted to a popular referendum on November 1, 2020. The strong abstention of voters affects the results and therefore the approval rate without invalidating it. Due to the illness of the President of the Republic, promulgation takes place late, hence the question of the validity of the political charter. Préparée par un comité d’experts, constituant matériel, la Constitution fut soumise au référendum populaire, le 1er novembre 2020. La forte abstention des votants affecte les résultats et donc le taux d’approbation sans l’invalider pour autant. Du fait de la maladie du Président de la République, la promulgation s’effectue tardivement, d’où la question de la validité de la Charte politique. |
