المستخلص: The main economic effect of the Covid-19 pandemic has been the disruption of supply chains globally and at national and local levels. This has put the issue of food security as a new concern for many countries. The Algerian economy has shown itself to be resilient in the face of the health crisis thanks to the performance of agriculture, even if the two strategic sectors, cereals and milk, have remained below the needs linked to the structure of consumption of Algerians.
