|a اشتمل البحث على تطبيق التحليل الرباعي (SWOT) لتعظيم إنتاج الوقود المشتق من النفايات (RDF) المستخدم في مصانع الإسمنت بجمهورية مصر العربية من المنظور الجغرافي من خلال مبحثين. المبحث الأول: عوامل البيئة الخارجية المؤثرة في أنتاج واستهلاك (RDF)، والمتمثلة في الفرص المحفزة لتنشيط وتعظيم عملية إنتاج (RDF) بجمهورية مصر العربية: والتي تتمثل في الالتزامات بالاتفاقات الدولية لتقليل الانبعاثات، التوسع في استخدام الفحم بمصانع الإسمنت، توافر الخبرات الأجنبية بمجال إنتاج واستخدام الوقود البديل والتي تتمثل في شركات الإسمنت العالمية العاملة بمصر، تبنى مؤسسات الدولة استراتيجية التنمية المستدامة ٢٠٣٠ لتحقيق مظلة الصناعة النظيفة والإنتاج الأخضر، كما تناول المبحث أيضا التحديات والمعوقات التي تؤثر على إنتاج (RDF) في مصر، والتي تمثلت في ضعف منظومة جمع المخلفات بمصر، الأزمات التي يمر بها قطاع الإسمنت، واتجاه الحكومة إلى الحد من وتيرة رفع الدعم على الطاقة للمصانع ، تراجع أسعار الفحم والغاز الطبيعي، الجدوى الاقتصادية لعملية إنتاج واستخدام (RDF). تناول المبحث الثاني التباين الجغرافي بين محافظات الجمهورية (نقاط القـوة والضعف الجغرافية)، التي تشكل قدرة المحافظات بمجال تعظيم إنتاج (RDF)، وتحديد أوزانها النسبية، والتي تمثلت في التوزيع الجغرافي لمصانع الإسمنت التي تستخدم (RDF)، والتباين الجغرافي لكثافة إنتاج المخلفات (القمامة) بالمحافظات، والتوزيع الجغرافي لتوزيع الطاقة الإنتاجية لمصانع الإسمنت، وتباين الكثافة السكانية بالمحافظات، التجاور الجغرافي مع محافظات إنتاج الإسمنت، عدم توافر ظهير صحراوي صالح للدفن الصحي، ارتفاع درجة حساسية البيئة بالمحافظات، توافر المساحات الزراعية التي تستوعب المنتج الثانوي في صناعة RDF والمتمثل في السماد العضوي (الكمبوست).
|b The idea of the research included the application of the four-way SWOT analysis for the production of Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) used in cement factories in the Arab Republic of Egypt, Through two topics; The first topic has reviewed the factors affecting the production of alternative fuels (RDF) in the Arab Republic of Egypt, which are represented in the incentives for the production of alternative fuels (RDF) in the Arab Republic of Egypt; Which are represented in the commitments of international agreements to reduce harmful emissions, expansion of the use of coal in cement factories, the availability of foreign expertise in the field of production and use of alternative fuels (RDF), which is represented by global cement companies operating in Egypt, the government's commitment to a sustainable development strategy 2030 that aims to achieve the umbrella of a clean industry And green production, the research also reviewed the challenges and obstacles that affect the production of RDF in Egypt, which were represented in the weakness of the waste collection system in Egypt, the crises that the cement sector suffers from, and the government's tendency to limit the policy of raising energy subsidies for factories, the decline in coal and gas prices , Economic viability of the production and use of alternative fuels (RDF). The second topic was represented in reviewing the factors of geographical variation between the governorates of the Republic (geographical strengths and weaknesses), which could constitute the governorates' ability to produce alternative fuels (RDF), and determine their relative weights, which were represented in the geographical distribution of cement factories that run on alternative fuels ( RDF), the geographical variation of the density of waste production (garbage) in the governorates, the geographical distribution of the distribution of production capacity for cement factories, the variation of population density in the governorates, the geographical proximity with governorates that have a high production capacity for cement factories, the absence of a desert hinterland suitable for the construction of a sanitary landfill for waste, a high degree of sensitivity Environment in the governorates, the availability of agricultural areas that accommodate compost as a by product in the alternative fuel industry.
