المستخلص: "نهدف من خلال هذا البحث إلى توضيح فكرة أساسية سادت ولا تزال، مفادها أن ""طوماس هوبز"" قد أسس للاستبداد السياسي، بدل الاستبداد الديني، بينما الأمر عكس ذلك، فهوبز وضع أسس الدولة الحديثة، القائمة على القانون كأساس لسلطة الدولة، وفوض للحاكم السهر على تطبيقه، من أجل ضمان السلم والأمان، وتجنب العودة للحرب الأهلية والدينية التي ذاق قسوتها، (حرب الكل ضد الكل). وما يؤكد قولنا هذا كون ""هوبز"" قد شرع للمحكومين حق مقاومة الحاكم، إذا هدد حقوقهم الجوهرية كالحق في الحياة والملكية...، لكن هذه المقاومة (الرفض السلمي) لا تهدف إلى القضاء على الدولة والعودة إلى حالة الفوضى، وإنما تصحيح أخطائها، بإعادة النظر في العقد الذي تم من خلاله التنازل للحاكم من أجل تدبير شؤون الناس، لأن هذه السلطة المخولة له مفوضة من الشعب، وليس من الله، وبالتالي يحق للشعب أن يراقب، ويقاوم، ويصحح، كل خلل يمس العقد الاجتماعي (علاقة الحاكم بالمحكومين) وقد تناولنا هذا الموضوع من خلال أربعة محاور: 1-ما يبرر القول بالسلطة المطلقة 2-السلطة المطلقة ليست استبدادا 3-الطاعة الطوعية ورفض الاستبداد 4-الحق في مقاومة السلطة المطلقة وعصيانها (التسلط)"

"Through this research, we aim to make clear of a basic idea, which prevailed, and still prevailing, which is Thomas Hobbes has established political tyranny instead of religious tyranny, but the reality is vice versa. Hobbes put the foundations of the modern state, based on law as the basis for state authority and delegated the ruler to ensure its implementation in order to guarantee peace and security, as well as to avoid a return to the civil and religious war because he experienced the hardness of war (the war of all against all). What confirms our saying is that Hobbes legislated the right to the governed in order to resist the ruler if he threatens their fundamental rights such as the right to life and property..., but this resistance (peaceful rejection) does not aim to eliminate the country and return to a state of chaos, but rather to reforms its mistakes by reconsidering the contract through which the ruler was abdicated in order to be head of people's affairs, seeing that this authority granted to him is delegated by the people, not God. Therefore, the people have the right to monitor, resist and correct any flaw that affects the social contract (the relationship of the ruler with the ruled). We have covered this issue through four axes: 1. What justifies the saying by the absolute authority? 2. The absolute authority is not a tyranny. 3. Voluntary obedience and refusing of tyranny 4. The right in resistance and disobedience the absolute authority (authoritarianism)"
