| 520 | |b Export diversification is determined by several factors such as the weight of non-hydrocarbon exports, trade openness, market size, population and investment. This paper aims to analyse the impact of export diversification on economic growth in the Algerian economy. For this purpose, a growth equation is estimated by the ARDL method applied on annual data from 1974 to 2020. The results of the study show a significant positive relationship in the short term between export diversification and economic growth (GDP). However, this relationship becomes negative and significant in the long run. | ||
