في هذا البحث -بعون الله-ستقوم الباحثة بتسليط الضوء على حكم مخالفة ولي الأمر أثناء الأزمات، وتحديدا فيما يقرره من إجراءات احترازية تجاه وباء كورونا، ثم ستعرج على الآثار المترتبة على مخالفة تلك الإجراءات، وذلك من خلال تقسيمات البحث التي جاءت في ثلاثة مباحث، وثمانية مطالب. كما يهدف البحث إلى التعريف بمكانة ولي الأمر في الإسلام، وأهميته، وبيان حكم مخالفة ولي الأمر عموما، وبيان حكم مخالفة ولي الأمر فيما يقرره من إجراءات احترازية في ظل أزمة وباء كورونا، وبيان الآثار المترتبة على مخالفة ولي الأمر فيما يقرره من إجراءات احترازية في ظل أزمة وباء كورونا. ولقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الاستقرائي، وذلك في استقراء الموضوعات المتعلقة بمكانة ولي الأمر في الإسلام، وحكم مخالفته عموما، وحكم مخالفته فيما يقرره من إجراءات احترازية في ظل أزمة كورونا، والتعرف على الآثار المترتبة على مخالفته. وخلص البحث إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها: - السمع والطاعة لولاة أمر المسلمين أصل عظيم من أصول عقيدتنا الإسلامية، فلا يمكن تحقيق: مقاصد الشريعة الدينية والدنيوية إلا بطاعة ولاة الأمور. - يجب شرعا طاعة ولي الأمر فيما يقرره من أنظمة، وإجراءات عموما، ومن ذلك ما قرره ولي الأمر من إجراءات احترازية لمكافحة أزمة وباء كورونا. - الشعور بالمسؤولية الفردية، والالتزام بالإجراءات المقررة من ولي الأمر من أهم الأسباب التي تقلل من الآثار الجسيمة المترتبة على انتشار وباء كورونا. - يترتب على مخالفة ولي الأمر فيما يقرره من إجراءات احترازية آثار جسيمة دينية، واجتماعية، واقتصادية، وصحية. ومن التوصيات: أوصي الباحثين والأكاديميين المتخصصين بـــــــ: - أهمية تقديم الدراسات الشرعية المعاصرة بما فيها الاستشرافية التي تتناول الموقف الشرعي من التعامل مع الأزمات. - قيمة الانتماء للوطن من القيم المهمة، وهذا المنحى يسترعي الانتباه إلى الحاجة إلى بناء الروح الوطنية؛ لترسيخ قيم المواطنة الصالحة التي تجعل كل فرد عضوا صالحا في مجتمعه -ولاء وانتماء وعملا وسلوكا-، وهذا ينبغي مراعاته، وتعزيزه في المناهج الدراسية، والمنابر الدينية والإعلامية. - أوصي القائمين على وسائل الإعلام، والمؤسسات الثقافية والشرعية التأكيد على ضرورة السمع والطاعة، وأنها من أوجب الواجبات وقت الفتن والأزمات؛ لما يترتب عليها من عظيم الأثر من حيث تحقيق: المصلحة العامة، ودفع المفسدة.

The value of being loyal to the nation is above all and this curve assists in being careful for the need of creating the patriotism spirit to firm up the good values of nationality that will make each individual as good member in his society – loyalty, work and behavior – and this should be observed and promoted in the academic curricula and the religious and media means and the officials of media and cultural and Sharia corporations recommended the necessity of hearing and obeying and they are deemed of the duties at the time of ordeals and crises due to the severe effect in respect of achieving the public interest and refusing the curse.
