| 520 | |b This research aims to study the process of resilience in children exposed to domestic violence, and to analyze the contribution of intrapsychic factors by retaining two essential factors which are defense mechanisms and the quality of mentalization. This study was conducted at the hospital of Bejaia in the department of legal medicine, on 10 cases of children aged 7 to 9 years. We adopted a clinical method, that of the case study and we used two techniques which are: the semi-structured clinical interview and the Rorschach. This research revealed individual differences and divided the children into two groups: "Resilient" made up of 04 cases and "non-resilient" made up of 6 cases. A clinical vignette of a non-resilient child will be presented to illustrate our results. |d Cette recherche a pour objectif d’étudier le processus de résilience chez les enfants exposés à la violence conjugale et d’analyser l’apport des facteurs intrapsychiques en retenant deux facteurs essentiels qui sont : les mécanismes de défense et la qualité de mentalisation. Cette étude a été menée à l’hôpital de Bejaia au service de médecine légale, sur 10 cas d’enfants âgés de 7 à 9 ans. Nous avons adopté la méthode clinique, celle de l’étude de cas et nous nous sommes servis de deux techniques qui sont : l’entretien clinique semi-directif et le Rorschach. Cette recherche a révélé des différences individuelles et répartis les enfants en deux groupes : « résilients » constitué de 04 cas et « non-résilients » constitué de 6 cas. Une vignette clinique d’un enfant non-résilient sera présentée afin d’illustrer nos résultats | ||
