There is no country in the world that does not go to various loans to finance its economies, whether developed or developing countries. of course, with the different purpose of external borrowing, the creditworthiness of each country also varies in its ability to meet in the service of its foreign debts, and if we exclude the industrialized advanced countries Often the analysis of its loans does not represent a risk to its economy, as it is one of the surplus countries in its balance of payments on the one hand, and it is often the lenders to the countries in need of loans, and at the same time it is in control of the multilateral international financial institutions (the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank Group) on the other hand. The problem is focused on the following question (Is the size of the external debt of developing countries reached its dangerous limits, which requires setting mechanisms for reconsideration by creditors of writing off some of these debts through international initiatives proposed in this field. To show the size of the external debt of developing countries and the structure of the debt, which is represented by official and private debts and the use of the facilities of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. The study starts from the hypothesis that (Does the size of the external debt of countries and the limits of different indicators represent chronic problems in the economies of developing countries. |
