إن ظاهرة الاندفاع نحو الماضي واعتماد التاريخ مادة حكائيه لبناء العمل السردي ظاهرة تؤذن بارتقاء، وهي ظاهرة لا شك لافتة أبرزت مسؤولية تقنية في التعامل مع النص التاريخي وأسره ضمن الخطاب الروائي الأكثر شمولية من هذا النص الواحد. فأنشأ ذلك تيارا سرديا مستقلا هو السردية التاريخية الحديثة، وقد أفاد هذا التيار من مقدرات الذهنية التاريخية في بناء عمل سردي حداثي التطلع من حيث الأداء والهدف المسوغ يختلف في وسائله وتقنياته عن التيار السردي التاريخي الأول الذي احتضن الرواية العربية في بداية نشأتها، لذا فإن هذه الدراسة ترصد جملة من التقنيات التي جعلت هذا النمط من السرد تيارا مستقلا في الكتابة من خلال الرواية التاريخية بعامة وأرض السواد بخاصة، كما وتستعرض أصناف الشخصيات التاريخية الموظفة، وأسباب اللجوء إلى التاريخ أصلا مع التذكير بين فينة وأخرى بالشكل الأول لهذه السردية في مرحلتها الأولى.
The zeal for the past and the adoption of history as material for composing the narrative is phonmenon foreshadowing an advancement. It is, no doubt, are markable phonmenon that highlighted a mechanism of responsibility in dealing with historical text and capturing it within the narrative discourse which is more comprehnsive than this single discourse. Thus, it has created an independent narrative trend, I. e, the Neo-Historical Narrative which utilizes the capabilities of the historical mentality in composing a historical narration, Neo-oriented in both the performance and rationale making it a trend that has tools and mechanics different from those of the first historical narration that fostered the Arabic novel at its early beginning. Therefore, this study examines a number of mechanics that rendered this type of narration as an independent narrative trend in writing the historical novel in general and “ Ard El- Swwad “ in particular. Moreover, it reviews the types of historical characters employed and the causes for resorting to history as a source frequently highlighting the first from of this narration in its first stage.
