المستخلص: يتناول هذا البحث بالدراسة والتحليل نقشا مسنديا من لهجة سبأ، يعود إلى المرحلة الوسطى من مراحل الدولة السبئية، وهو قانون شمر يهرعش لتنظيم البيع والشراء، وتأتي أهمية دراسة هذا النقش من أنه يصور موضوعا مهما، يكمن في سن القوانين التي تحكم السوق آنذاك، وتميز بنائه اللغوي بكثير من القضايا اللغوية والأسلوبية التي هي محل نقاش حول تأويلها وتفسيرها، وقد قسمت الدراسة إلى مدخل، وأربعة محاور تدرس المعجم اللغوي والبناء الصوتي والصرفي والتركيبي، ثم ملحق يتضمن مقارنة ألفاظ النقش بمثيلاتها في اللغات السامية، وتنتهي بالخاتمة ثم التوصيات وقائمة المصادر والمراجع. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة عامة مفادها أن البناء اللغوي لهذا النقش القانوني انماز بمعجم ثري بالمفردات ذات الاختصاص، وببناء صرفي وتركيبي خاص؛ بدأ متأثرا بنوعية هذا النقش وموضوعه القانوني من حيث تكوينه وأهدافه وأغراضه الخاصة، فبرز بقضايا لغوية وأسلوبية ميزته عن بقية النقوش ذات اختصاصات أخرى.

This research deals with the study and analysis of a predicate inscription from the Sheba dialect, dating back to the middle stage of the Sabaean state, which is the law of shammar scrambles to regulate buying and selling, and the importance of studying this inscription comes from It depicts an important topic, which lies in the enactment of laws that govern the market at the time, and its linguistic structure is distinguished by many linguistic and stylistic issues that are under discussion about its interpretation and interpretation. The words of the inscription are similar to their counterparts in Semitic languages, and end with the conclusion, then recommendations, and a list of sources and references. The study reached a general conclusion that the linguistic structure of this legal inscription was characterized by a rich dictionary of specialized vocabulary, and a special morphological and syntactic structure; It seemed influenced by the quality of this inscription and its legal subject in terms of its composition, goals and special purposes, so it emerged with linguistic and stylistic issues that distinguished it from the rest of the inscriptions with other specializations.
