المستخلص: This study aims to clarify the concept of financial corruption and discuss the legal solidarity of its struggle in the world. This by emphasizing the measures put in place to prevent and fight against financial corruption. More specifically, these are mechanisms for strengthening integrity, accountability and transparency, and which facilitate international cooperation and technical assistance for the prevention and control of corruption. According to this study, a panoply of mechanisms, means and legal tools are used by international organizations in the fight against corruption, but it remains insufficient unless all government agencies, civil society organizations and the fourth authority represented by the various media are involved.

Cette étude vise à clarifier le concept de corruption financière et à discuter de la solidarité juridique de sa lutte dans le monde. Cela en mettant l’accent sur les mesures instaurées afin de prévenir et de lutter contre la corruption financière. Plus précisément, il s’agit des mécanismes de renforcement de l'intégrité, la responsabilité et la transparence, et qui facilitent la coopération internationale et l’assistance technique pour la prévention et le contrôle de la corruption. Selon cette étude, une panoplie de mécanismes, de moyens et d'outils juridiques est utilisée par les organisations internationales dans la lutte contre la corruption, mais elle reste insuffisante à moins que toutes les agences gouvernementales, les organisations de la société civile et la quatrième autorité représentée par les différents médias soient impliquées
