المستخلص: تناول البحث ملامح تشكل الفكر القومي لدى الأمير عبد الله بن الحسين من خلال قراءة وتحليل كتاب الأمالي السياسية. حيث هدف البحث لإبراز الملامح الأولى لتشكل الوعي القومي لأحد أبرز رواد الفكر القومي قبيل الانفصال عن الدولة العثمانية وتراجع مكانتها الدولية، وزيادة حدة التنافس الدولي عليها. وتسليط الضوء على إبراز ذلك من خلال كتابه الأمالي السياسية الذي لم يحظ بالقدر الكافي من الدراسات، فهو بحق مصدر مهم للتاريخ لمرحلة هامة من مراحل مشروع النهضة العربية وتأسيس للرؤية التي تشكلت عليه الدولة الأردنية فيما بعد، حيث اضطلع الأمير عبد الله بن الحسين بحكم تجربته بين حاضرتين: مكة وإسطنبول بخبرة سياسية كبيرة، مكنته في تأدية دور مهم في تاريخ العرب الحديث. سار البحث على المنهج التاريخي الوصفي والتحليلي. وقد توصل البحث إلى أن كتاب الأمالي السياسية للأمير عبد الله بن الحسين يعد مصدرا مهما في معرفة تاريخ تلك المرحلة، ولكنه لم يحظ بالقدر الكافي من الدراسة والبحث والتحليل وكيفية إعلان الثورة العربية الكبرى والتخلص من الحكم التركي بعد زيادة نفوذ جمعية الاتحاد والترقي، التي كان لها الدور الأكبر في اضطهاد العرب، بإهمال لغتهم واتباع سياسة التتريك ومصادرة الأموال للرعايا العرب. كما خلصت الدراسة لمدى عمق الفكر القومي لديه ورؤيته واستشرافه للقضية العربية وأن كتاب الأمالي تناول المفاصل الحساسة في مسيرة التاريخ القومي العربي الحديث.

The research dealt with the features of the formation of the national thought of Prince Abdullah bin Al-Hussein through reading and analyzing his book:” The Political Hopes” Al-Amali Al-Siyasi”'. Where the research aimed to highlight the first features of the formation of the national consciousness of one of the most prominent pioneers of national thought before: the separation from the Ottoman Empire, the decline of its international standing and the increase in the intensity of international competition over it. And highlighting this through his book “Al-Amali Al-Siyasi”, which has not received enough studies, as it is truly an important source for history for an important stage of the Arab Renaissance project and a foundation for the vision that formed the Jordanian state later, where Prince Abdullah bin Al-Hussein undertook by virtue of his experience between two metropolises. : Mecca and Istanbul with great political experience, which enabled him to play an important role in the modern history of the Arabs. The research followed descriptive and analytical historical methods. The research concluded that the book of political aspirations of Prince Abdullah bin Al Hussein is an important source in knowing the history of that stage, but it did not have enough study, research, and analysis. The book shows the Great Arab Revolt announce and how they get rid of Turkish rule after the increase of the influence of the Committee of Union and Progress, which had the biggest role in the persecution of the Arabs, by neglecting their language and following the policy of Turkification and confiscating money for Arab subjects. The study also concluded to the extent of the depth of Prince nationalist thought, his vision and his foresight of the Arab cause, and that the book Al-Amali dealt with the sensitive joints in the course of the modern Arab national history.
