تناولت الدراسة العلاقات الفرنسية الإسرائيلية خلال فترة استثنائية بين البلدين وهي فترة قيام دولة إسرائيل إلى نهاية الجمهورية الفرنسية الرابعة 1958م التي تزامنت مع قيام الدولة الإسرائيلية وهدفت الدراسة إلى الإجابة على السؤال: ما طبيعة العلاقات الفرنسية الإسرائيلية وأثرها على الأمن القومي العربي وذلك من حيث الدعم العسكري، والسياسي وقد استخدم الباحث في هذه الدراسة منهجين هما المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التاريخي وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج عدة، أجابت عن أسئلة الدراسة كافة، كان من أهمها أن دولة إسرائيل كانت تعتمد بشكل كبير على فرنسا للحفاظ على أمنها وأن فرنسا خلال فترة الجمهورية الفرنسية الرابعة قدمت من الدعم لدولة إسرائيل ما يفوق دعم الحلفاء الاستراتيجيين بريطانيا والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية خصوصا في المجال العسكري وأن هذا الدعم كان له تهديد مباشر على الأمن القومي العربي تجلى ذلك بتهديد إسرائيل فعليا باستخدام أسلحة الدمار الشامل الذي امتلكتها إسرائيل بمساعدة فرنسية ضد العرب فيما بعد. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات، أكدت على وجود علاقة قوية جدا بين الجمهورية الرابعة وإسرائيل وتأثيرها السلبي على الأمن القومي العربي وأن على العرب تدعيم قدراتهم العسكرية والحصول على الأسلحة التي تحقق توازن القوى في مواجهة إسرائيل التي تحتل الأراضي العربية.
The study dealt with Franco-Israel relations during an exceptional period between two countries, the period prior to the establishment of the State of Israel to the end of the Fourth Republic in France, which synchronized with the establishment of the Israel state, The study aimed to answer the question of the nature of the French-Israeli relations and their impact on Arab national security in terms of military and political support .In this study the researcher used two methods which are analytical descriptive method and the historical method. The study reached many results, which answered all the study questions. The most important of these was the State of Israel depend on France to maintain its security, France during the period of the Fourth French Republic provided support to the State of Israel beyond the support of strategic confederate Britain and the United States of America especially in the military sphere, and this support had a direct threat to Arab national security demonstrated by the threat of Israel effectively using weapons of mass destruction, which Israel gained with help of France against the Arabs. In the light of the results of the study, several recommendations were suggested, among which: existence of a very strong relationship between the Fourth Republic and Israel and its negative impact on Arab national security and that the Arabs must strengthen their military capabilities and obtain weapons that achieve parallel forces in the face of Israel, which occupies the Arab territories.
