المستخلص: The three novels, which are the corpus of this study, Et si c’était vrai .., Truismes and Les raciness du mal, have the particularity of retracing strange worlds which defy the laws of conventional logic. The interest in this kind of subject is not insignificant; conversely, it opens the way to a new apprehension of a world and a character characterized by their complexity and contingency. This particularity is mainly conveyed through a fragmented writing, which while feigning banality, poses the thorniest questions about life and the interpersonal relationships that result from it. By attacking the foundations of the "rational" and the aberrant evidence, these novels manage to jointly account for the complexity of the world and the insufficiency of the tools that usual logic offers us to understand it. To do this, they undertake to submit for review the entire epistemology of the order on which the current social, political and scientific order is based.

Les trois romans qui font l’objet de cette étude, Et si c’était vrai.., Truismes et Les racines du mal, ont la particularité de retracer des mondes étranges défiant les lois de la logique conventionnelle. L’intérêt porté à ce genre de sujet n’est pas anodin ; il ouvre a contrario la voie à une nouvelle appréhension d’un monde et de personnages caractérisés par leur complexité et leur contingence. Cette particularité est surtout véhiculée à travers une écriture éclatée, qui tout en feignant la banalité, pose des questions épineuses sur la vie et les relations interpersonnelles qui en découlent. En s’attaquant aux fondements du «rationnel» et de l’évidence aberrante, ces romans réussissent à rendre conjointement compte de la complexité du monde et de l’insuffisance des outils que nous offre la logique usuelle pour le comprendre. Ils s’engagent, pour ce faire, à soumettre à la révision les paradigmes mobilisés pour l’intelligibilité de l’ordre social, politique et scientifique actuel.
