المستخلص: منذ الاستقلال شكلت القضية الأمازيغية في تصورها وبعدها الهوياتي والمطلبي مصدر إزعاج للسلطة والنظام السياسي الجزائري ومضمار تجاذبات ومشاحنات سياسية بينها وبين النظام الذي ظل يرفض الاعتراف بها كمكون هوياتي للدولة الجزائرية، أو كإحدى ثوابتها لمدة تفوق الثلاثين السنة. ولكن مع مرور الأيام وتواصل النضال والظروف السانحة على المستوى الداخلي والإقليمي والدولي من تغيرات وأحداث أخذ التعامل مع القضية ينحو منحى التقبل والحوار شيئا فشيئا إلى أن توجت القضية الأمازيغية كهوية ولغة بالاعتراف الرسمي بها من طرف الدولة مترجمة في نصوص من الدستور الجزائري، وهنا تناولت الدراسة التي بين أيدينا جذور اللغة الأمازيغية أصولها كلسان موجود منذ القدم على هذه الأرض، وأصل الأزمة البربرية في الجزائر منذ الاستعمار وكيف استمرت بعد الاستقلال وأشكال تعامل النظام السياسي والسلطة معها، كما عرجت الدراسة على أفكار النخبة البربرية بالجزائر وحتى من هم خارجها، وموقف النخب الجزائرية على مختلف توجهاتها من القضية الأمازيغية في مراحل متنوعة خصوصا محطات الاعتراف وصولا إلى الآليات التي تم اعتمادها من طرف الدولة من أجل تكريس هذه اللغة كهوية في المجتمع الجزائري.

Since the in dependence, the amazigh issue in its identical and demanding perception has been a source of annoyance to the Algerian government and political system. as well as a trick to political bickerings and quarrels between it and the regime, which remained refusing to recaganize it as an identity component of the Algerian state, or as one of its foundations for more than thirty years. However, with the pass of time and the covtinuation of the struggle, in oddiyion to the switable circumstances at the domestic, regional and international levels which have witnessed many changes and events, the dealing with the issue started to take the attitude of acceptance and discussion. As a result, the amazigh issue has been recognized officially by the algeriane constitutional texts as an identity and language here, our study highlights the origins of the amazight language as a tangue axisting from the past on this land the origins of the barbarian crisis, and haw did it last even after the independence, plus to the dealing of the political system and the goverment with the issue. Furthe more, the study outlines the barbarian elite ideas, inside algeria and out of it. even the different algeriane eltes regardless of their orientatios toward the amazigh isseue in different levels, especially the recognition stations arrining to the mechanisms that were implemented by the algerian government inorder establish this language as an identity in the algerian society
