تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى معوقات الممارسة المهنية للقائمين بالاتصال في الصحافة الرياضية الأردنية اليومية، كما تهدف إلى إيجاد الفرق في هذه المعوقات تبعاً لبعض المتغيرات الديمغرافية والمهنية، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، واختبرت عينة الدراسة بواسطة أسلوب المسح الشامل فقد بلغ عددها (48) صحفياً رياضياً يمثلون أربع صحف يومية هي: الرأي والدستور والغد والعرب اليوم. ولتحقيق هذا صممت استبانة مكونة من (40) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات هي: الصحفي الرياضي، الوسيلة، المضمون، والجمهور. وتم تحليل النتائج باستخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية وتحليل التباين الأحادي واختبار (ت) واختبار توكي للمقارنات البعدية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: -أن المتوسط الحسابي العام لجميع معوقات الممارسة المهنية قد بلغ (2.06)، وهو يعني أنها معوقات متوسطة الأهمية للقائمين بالاتصال في الصحافة الرياضية. -عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في معوقات الممارسة المهنية تبعاً لمتغيرات: الخبرة والتخصص والمؤهل والدخل ومدى ممارسة المهنة والتفرغ للعمل. -عدم وجود فروق لأثر متغير الجريدة في المعوقات الخاصة بالصحفي الرياضي، ووجود فروق في المعوقات الخاصة بالوسيلة والمضمون والأداة ككل، وأن الفروق كانت بين القائمين بالاتصال في جريدة الدستور وجريدة الغد لصالح الدستور في مجال الوسيلة، وفي مجال المضمون جاءت الفروق بين القائمين بالاتصال في جريدة الرأي وجريدة الغد لصالح الرأي، وعلى مستوى الأداة ككل جاءت الفروق بين القائمين بالاتصال في جريدة الدستور وجريدة الغد لصالح الدستور.
This study aimed at identifying obstacles of professional practice of communicators ill Jordanian doily sport press, in addition to the differences of these obstacles related to some demographic and professional variables. The descriptive methodology was used and a study sample was chosen by comprehensive inclusion and they reached the number of (48) communicator from (Al-Rai, Adustour r, Al-Ghad, and Al- Arab AI-Yowm) Newspapers. A guestionnaire was designed of (40) items, and divided into four fields: problems of sport Journalists, content, channel and the readers, The results were analyzed statistically by using means, STD, ANOVA, Tukey, and T. test. The results showed that the mean of all obstacles of professional practice (the four fields) readied (2.06), and by comparing this mean with the criteria of instrument classification, it falls within the category of medium importance obstacles for the communicators in the field of sport journalism. The study also showed that there are no differences in obstacles of professional practice due to experience, specialization, qualification, monthly income and the extent of professional practice, availability for work variables , It also pointed out that there are no statistical differences for the variable of flic newspaper and the renders, and that there are differences in the obstacles related to channel, content* and the instrument as a whole. All differences were between those communicators in Adustour newspaper and those in Al-Ghad newspaper, they were in favor of Al-Dustour in the field of channel. As far as in the field of content, the differences were between the communicators in Al-Rai and Al-Ghad newspaper, and they were in favor for Al-Rai. On the level of instrument as a whole, the differences were between the communicators of Adustour and Al-Ghad newspaper, and they were in favor of Adustour.
