المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة تعرف درجة ممارسة معلمي المدارس الحكومية في الأردن لروح الزمالة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي من خلال تطوير استبانة تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. طبقت الأداة على عينة عنقودية عشوائية تكونت من (700) معلما ومعلمة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة المعلمين لروح الزمالة جاءت متوسطة للزمالة ككل وللمجالات (المواظبة، والمجاملة، والإيثار)، وأظهرت النتائج أن هناك فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة ممارسة المعلمين لروح الزمالة تعزى لمتغير الجنس في روح الزمالة ككل ولمجالي الايثار والمواطنة وكانت الفروق لصالح الاناث، وتبعا لمتغير المؤهل في روح الزمالة ككل والمجالات الايثار والمواطنة والمجاملة لصالح حملة البكالوريوس، وتبعا لمتغير الخبرة بين أصحاب الخبرة أقل من خمس سنوات، وأصحاب الخبرة من خمس سنوات إلى عشر سنوات في روح الزمالة ككل، ومجالي المواطنة والمجاملة، وكانت الفروق لصالح أصحاب الخبرة من خمس سنوات إلى عشر سنوات. وخرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات أبرزها: إجراء المزيد من الدراسات حول العلاقة بين روح الزمالة والتعليم الفعال والنمو المهني.

The aim of this study is to determine the degree of practice of Public school teachers in Jordan for the spirit of fellowship, To achieve the objectives of the study. The descriptive scanning approach was used for the survey through the development of a questionnaire has been verified its validity and stability. The tool was applied to a random clustered sample consisting of (700) male and female teacher. The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing teachers of the spirit of fellowship was medium for the fellowship as a whole and for the fields (attendance, courtesy, altruism)., And the results showed that there are differences of statistical significance in the degree of the practice of teachers of the spirit of fellowship attributed to the nationally variable in the spirit of fellowship as a whole and the domains of altruism and gender were differences in favor of females, And depending on the variable qualification in the spirit of fellowship as a whole and areas of altruism, nationally and courtesy for the benefit of the bachelor campaign, depending on the variable of experience among those with less than five years of experience, and those with experience of five to ten years in the fellowship spirit as a whole, And the fields of nationally and courtesy, differences were in favor of the owners of experience from five years to ten years. The study produced a number of recommendations, most notably: further studies on the relationship between fellowship, effective education and professional growth.
