|a إن الأمن اليوم أصبح الهاجس الأكبر الذي يعكر صفو الدول، والذي تسعى إلى تحقيقه سواء وطنيا وإقليميا أو على مستوى الأفراد وانعدامه سوف يؤثر بالسلب على أمنها ويعتبر الأمن بأبعاده المختلفة حجر الأساس الذي يقوم عليه الاستقرار والتنمية وتسعى دول الساحل المنضوية تحت رابطة علماء ودعاة وأئمة دول الساحل وبتشجيع من الجزائر لخلق هذه الآلية من أجل نشر قيم السلم والوسطية والاستقرار ومحاربة التطرف، والإرهاب، من خلال وضع آليات وأطر تحقق بها هذه الدول أمنها الفكري.
|b Today, states seek to achieve security and in which stability and development are achieved, and the League of Scholars, Advocates and Imams of the Sahel countries, with the encouragement of Algeria, seeks to create this mechanism in order to spread the values of peace, stability, fight and terrorism, by setting up mechanisms by which these countries achieve their intellectual security.
