|a يتتبع البحث عملية التحول الذي عرفتها القبائل المغولية من البداوة إلى التحضر، فقد استطاع جنكيز خان في فترة وجيزة توحيد قبائل الإستبس سياسيا ويؤسس جيشا قويا غزى به العالم، وأصدر دستور ينقاد إليه الجميع، كما عمل على تبني الثقافات والحضارات المجاورة، فضم إليه خيرة المستشارين الأويغور والتانغوت والصينيون، وعمد إلى نقل الخبرات المختلقة من تلك الشعوب إلى شعبه المتخلف، وقد استفاد كثيرا من غزوه للصين، حيث تحصل على مقومات الإقلاع الحضاري، من ثروة هائلة وتجارة مزدهرة ورأس مال بشري مبدع، وكانت نتائج تلك السياسة جد مثمرة لشعبه ووطنه منغوليا، حيث تحولت من بلاد تعيش على هامش التاريخ إلى منطقة صانعة للتاريخ.

And the Chinese, and he deliberately transferred the different experiences of those peoples to his backward people, and he benefited greatly from his conquest of China, where he obtained the elements of a civilized takeoff, from enormous wealth, prosperous trade and creative human capital, and the results of that policy were very fruitful for his people and his homeland Mongolia, where it turned From a country that lives on the margins of history to a region that makes history.
