|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور نظم المعلومات الاستراتيجية في صنع واتخاذ القرارات في المؤسسات الناشئة، وذلك بالتطبيق على عينة من المؤسسات الناشئة بولاية المسيلة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نظم المعلومات الاستراتيجية تلبي احتياجات المؤسسات الناشئة من المعلومات التي يتم استخدامها في صنع واتخاذ القرارات بما فيها القرارات الاستراتيجية، وأوصت هذه الدراسة على ضرورة التعامل مع المعلومات على أنها مورد استراتيجي هام من بين الموارد المختلفة في المؤسسات الناشئة، بل قد تعد أهم الموارد في ضوء تكنولوجيا المعلومات التي تتطور وتتغير بسرعة.
|b This study aims to know the role of strategic information systems in making and taking decisions in emerging institutions, by applying to a sample of emerging institutions in the state of M'sila, and the study reached strategic information systems that meet the needs of emerging institutions with the information that is used in making and taking decisions, including strategic decisions, And this study recommended the necessity of dealing with information as an important strategic resource among the various resources in emerging institutions, but may be considered the most important resource in light of information technology that is developing and changing rapidly.
