المستخلص: تناول هذا البحث فقه السنن الإلهية وتجلياته في دعوة جمعية العلماء المسلمين، وتألف من إشكالية، بيان أهمية البحث في السنن الإلهية وضرورة إحياء فقه هذه السنن وفهمها من أجل التغيير والإصلاح والارتقاء بالأمة وإعادة مجدها، ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وذلك من أجل تحليل جهود أعمال الجمعية وسلوك رجالها في مراحلها المختلفة من الدعوة مستعينين بآلية الاستقراء في ذلك وتوصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن فقه السنن الإلهية هو العلم والوعي بطريقة الله القويمة وحكمته الربانية الثابتة التي يجري عليها أمر البشر في هذا الوجود منذ بداية الخلق إلى قيام الساعة، ومن نماذج هذه السنن الإلهية عند جمعية العلماء المسلمين سنة التغيير وسنة التدرج وأخيرا سنة التدافع؛ التي ظهرت وتجلت بوضوح في الفعل الحركي الفعال والساعي للنهوض بأعباء الدعوة والتربية والإصلاح الفكري والاجتماعي والسياسي لجمعية العلماء المسلمين. فسنة التغيير كانت ضمن مبادئ الجمعية في الإصلاح منذ تأسيسها، وحضرت سنة التدرج في سلم أولويات الجمعية التي انطلقت بالتعليم ثم التدرج إلى عالم الصحافة ثم الحث على الجهاد والثورة على المستعمر الفرنسي الغاشم، وأخيرا سنة التدافع التي سعى من خلالها رجال جمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين إلى دفع الشر والظلم والباطل عن أبناء الشعب الجزائري وإحقاق الحق ونشر العدل والخير.

This research dealt with the jurisprudence of the divine Sunnahs and their manifestations in the invitation of the Association of Muslim Scholars, and consisted of a problematic statement of the importance of research in the divine laws and the necessity of reviving and understanding the jurisprudence of these Sunnahs in order to change, reform, elevate the nation and restore its glory. Analyzing the efforts of the association’s work and the behavior of its men in its different stages of da’wah, using the mechanism of induction in this, and we reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the jurisprudence of the divine laws is knowledge and awareness of God’s right way and God’s fixed wisdom that governs humankind in this existence from the beginning of creation to the rise of the Hour. Among the examples of these divine laws according to the Association of Muslim Scholars are the Sunnah of Change, the Sunnah of Progression, and finally, the Sunnah of the Scramble; Which appeared and was clearly manifested in the active kinetic action that seeks to carry out the burdens of advocacy, education, and intellectual, social and political reform of the Association of Muslim Scholars. The year of change was among the principles of the association in reform since its founding, and attended the year of gradation in the ladder of priorities of the association, which started with education and then gradation to the world of journalism and then urging jihad and revolution against the brutal French colonizer, and finally the year of stampede through which the men of the Association of Algerian Muslim Scholars sought to push Evil, injustice and falsehood for the Algerian people and the achievement of truth and the dissemination of justice and goodness.
