|a العقم ظاهرة بيولوجية، وهو حالة مرضية أو مشكلة طبية مرتبطة بأحد الزوجين أو كلا هما، عرفته البشرية منذ القدم وذكرته الكتب السماوية وتناولته البحوث، فهو يحول دون إثبات الفحولة للرجل والكفاءة للمرأة في نظر بعض المجتمعات، إذ في ظله تنموا مشاعر الأبوة والأمومة ويستمر النسل البشري، ذلك ما يتطلب تدخلا طبيا أو تكفلا نفسيا أو كلاهما معا، وقد يتجه المريض إلى العلاجات الشعبية. لذلك جاءت الدراسة الحالية للبحث عن أسباب العقم الموضوعية وتفسيرات المرأة له في ظل واقع سوسيو ثقافي، وعلاقة هذه التفسيرات بالمسار العلاجي، وما مدى تأثيره على الصحة الجنسية والعلاقة الزوجية، حيث اعتمد الباحثان على المنهج العيادي من خلال أسلوب دراسة الحالة، حيث أظهرت النتائج تأثير العقم على التوافق الجنسي والزواجي والناحية النفس اجتماعية للمرأة، موظفة حمولتها الثقافية في تفسير المرض والتوجه نحو العلاج.
|b Sterility is a biological phenomenon and a medical condition related to one of the spouse or both. It has been introduced to humanity centuries ago, as it was mentioned in holly books and has been covered by myriad researches. It is considered, in some societies, as a lack of man's virility and as woman's inability to procreate. On account of sterility, fatherhood’s along with motherhood’s feelings grow and the human race continues. Thus, it demands a medical intervention or a psychological care or both, while other patients may seek traditional treatments that are considered as a cultural reality. This study aims at knowing the objective causes of sterility as well as woman’s explanations of this phenomenon under a sociocultural reality. Also, to know the relation of these explanations with treatment process together with the extant of sterility’s influence on the sexual health, marriage bound and the socio-psychological aspect of woman specifically, who is more affected by this issue than man. In this study, the researchers relied on the clinical approach; Results show that sterility influences both of sexual and marriage lives as well as the socio-psychological aspect of woman, employing.
