الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله الصادق الأمين وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين. أما بعد -فان مسلك المناسبة من المسالك العقلية المهمة في الدلالة على العلة الشرعية وكثيرا ما يلجأ اليها في المناظرات والمجادلات. لدقتها في إدراك العلة. ففي هذا البحث المتواضع ذكرت حقيقته عند علماء الأصول بتعريفاته المتعددة، وما هي العلاقة بينها وبين الوصف المناسب، وذكرت المحتجين به، وأدلتهم، ثم ذكرت المانعين لدلالته على العلة الشرعية، وأدلتهم، من خلال الاعتراضات التي أوردوها على المحتجين به، وفي هذا كان البحث على مبحثين الأول -في بيان مفردات العنوان لغة واصطلاحا، وفي المبحث الثاني –تكلمت على حجيته، وفي الخاتمة ذكرت الأمور التي أفادها البحث.
Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the faithful and honest Messenger of God and upon all his family and companions. As for what follows, the appropriate path is one of the important mental paths in indicating the legal reason and often resorting to it in arguments and compliments. Because of its accuracy in perceiving the cause, in this modest research, I mentioned its reality according to the scholars of the origins with its multiple definitions, and what is the relationship between it and the appropriate description, then I mentioned those who protested with it, and their evidence, then I mentioned the means for its evidence of the legal reason and their evidence through the objections they made to those who protested it, and in this The urge was based on two demands, the first requirement - in clarifying its truth, and the second requirement - in its honesty. In the conclusion, I mentioned the things that the research has benefited from. And our last prayer is that praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the Master of the Messengers and upon all his family and companions.
