المستخلص: إن علم أصول الفقه قوام الدين، وحبله المتين، فهو قاعدة الشرع، وأصل يرد إليه كل فرع، ولا شك أن من أعظم ما يحقق مقاصده، وتستثمر فيه فوائده، تطبيق قواعده على النصوص الشرعية، وإيضاح ما احتوى عليه النص الشرعي من القواعد، من خلال منهج علمي منضبط دقيق. وقد عنيت الدراسات الأصولية الحديثة بالتطبيقات الأصولية في النصوص الشرعية، وهذا البحث يعنى باستخراج التطبيقات الأصولية المتعلقة بالاستعاذة بالله من الشيطان الرجيم. وقد اخترت الاستعاذة لأنها التجاء إلى قادر يدفع عن الإنسان الآفات، وهي عروج من الخلق إلى الحق، ومن الممكن إلى الواجب، والإنسان حين يعرف نفسه بالضعف والقصور؛ يعرف أن الله قادر على كل مقدور، وذلك في محاولة لربط علم أصول الفقه بواحد من أهم علوم الشريعة؛ وهو علم التزكية والسلوك، الذي هو لب العلوم وروحها، فهو عدة السالكين الذي يحصل به التقوى، واليقين. وقد اقتضت طبيعة البحث أن يقسم إلى مقدمة تناولت فيها أهمية الموضوع، وسبب اختياره، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهج البحث، ومبحثين؛ الأول: في بيان ماهية الاستعاذة، والثاني: في التطبيقات الأصولية المخرجة على الاستعاذة، وأما الخاتمة: فتتضمن أهم نتائج البحث، وتوصياته.

The foundation of Islamic jurisprudence is the foundation of religion, and its solid foundation is the foundation of Islamic law. It is a foundation to which every branch responds. There is no doubt that one of the greatest things that achieves its purposes and invests in it is the application of its rules to Islamic texts, and the clarification of the rules contained in the Islamic text, through a precise, disciplined scientific method. Modern fundamentalist studies have dealt with the fundamentalist applications of Islamic texts, and this research is concerned with extracting the fundamentalist applications of the call to prayer from Satan. I have chosen the mantra because it is the resort to someone capable of defending man from pests, which are limping from creation to right, and it is possible to duty, and when a person defines himself as weak and deficient; He knows that God is capable of anything, and this is in an attempt to link the fundamentals of Islamic jurisprudence with one of the most important sciences in Islam; He is the science of charm and manners, the very heart and soul of science, the subjects through which godly devotion and certainty occur. The nature of the research required that it be divided into an introduction, in which it addressed the importance of the topic, the reason for its selection, previous studies, the research methodology and researchers; Number one: In the statement of what the metaphor is, and in the second: In the fundamentalist applications directed at the parody, the conclusion: They include the most important research findings and recommendations.
