المستخلص: This work aims to analyse an important employment policy in Algeria in term of targeted class, the creation of a goods and services company in term of funding these projects. Our choice based on the ANSEJ program, given its role in the fight against unemployment and poverty launched in 2007. To do this, a database was required from the agency and which was the subject of a statistical analysis, which affected all the sectors relating to the creation of employment positions. The data collected relate to activities, the number of jobs created and projects as well as the amounts of funding in relation to each wilaya from start to 31/12/2016. Statistical analysis focused on descriptive data processing and multiple regressions. The work resulted in several notable results: Crafts are the most profitable activity I, terms of job creation.

Ce travail vise l’analyse d’une importante politique d’emploi en Algérie en termes de classe ciblée, la création d’entreprise de biens et de services et en matière de financement de ces projets. Notre choix s’est porté sur le programme de l’ANSEJ vue son rôle dans la lutte contre le chômage et la pauvreté. Pour ce faire, une base de données a été requise auprès de l’agence qui a fait l’objet d’une analyse statistique et elle a touché l’ensemble des facteurs ayant trait à la création de poste d’emploi. Les données recueillies portent sur les activités, les nombres d’emplois crées, et projets ainsi que les montants des financements par rapport à chaque wilaya jusqu'au 31/12/2016. L’analyse statistique s’est concentrée sur le traitement descriptif des données et la régression multiple. Le travail a abouti sur plusieurs résultats notamment l’artisanat qui est l’activité la plus rentable en matière de création d’emploi.
