|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى عرض تجربة الغرف الصناعة التقليدية والحرف في مجال المرافقة المقاولاتية وفق منهجية البرنامج التدريبي "ابدأ وحسن تسيير مؤسستك". واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي ودراسة حالة، وعدت الاستبانة الأداة الرئيسة لجمع البيانات. خلصت الدراسة إلى تمكن الغرفة الصناعة التقليدية والحرف من مساعدة الكثير من المقاولين الحاليين والمحتملين المشاركين في البرنامج التدريبي على إنجاح مؤسساتهم وتحسين طريقة تسييرهم لها من خلال زرع روح المقاولاتية لديهم وتمكينهم من اكتساب المهارات والمعارف اللازمة لذلك.
|b This study aimed to present the experience of the Chamber of Traditional Industry and Crafts in the field of entrepreneurial accompaniments, according to the methodology of the training program "SIYB". Moreover, it adopted the descriptive and analytical approach and a case study, in addition to the questionnaire as the main tool for data collection. The research concluded that the Chamber of Traditional Industry and Crafts was able to help many current and potential contractors participating in the training program to improve the way they run their institutions by cultivating the entrepreneurial spirit in them and enabling them to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary for that.
