المستخلص: يهتم البحث بتجلية القيمة الدلالية للصوت اللغوي، وتحليل مكونات البناء الصوتي لسورة الفلق، وإبراز علاقة بنائها الصوتي بالمضمون الدلالي للسورة الكريمة، وتحقيق التناسب بين العناصر الصوتية لكلماتها ودلالتها في النص القرآني، ومدى إسهام البناء الصوتي في تشكيل البناء النصي للسورة الكريمة. ويعني البحث بتحليل الجوانب الصوتية التي تسهم في تحقيق المعايير النصية لدي بوجراند ودريسلر من خلال توظيف طاقات الصوت اللغوي للنص بين حروفه ومقاطعه وعباراته؛ للتأثير في المتلقي وتحقيق الغرض الفني وتصوير المعنى في أوضح صورة وأجلى بيان، والقرآن الكريم يتميز بإعجازه الصوتي الذي يظهر في العلاقات الداخلية والخارجية المكونة للبناء الصوتي للنص القرآني. ويوصي البحث بالإفادة من معطيات الدراسة الصوتية في الكشف عن دلالة النص القرآني، فليست الدراسة النصية مقتصرة على الجانب التركيبي فحسب بل إن مستويات اللغة جميعها تتضافر لإنجاز النص، والمستوى الصوتي يعد العنصر الأساس ضمن مكونات النص اللغوي.

The research is concerned with clarifying the semantic value of the linguistic voice, analyzing the components of the phonetic structure of Surat Al-Falaq, highlighting the relationship of its phonetic structure with the semantic content of the noble Surah, achieving the proportionality between the phonetic elements of its words and their significance in the Qur’anic text, and the extent of the contribution of the phonetic structure in shaping the textual structure of the Noble Surah. The research is concerned with analyzing the phonemic aspects that contribute to achieving the textual standards of de Beaugrand and Dossler by employing the linguistic sound energies of the text between its letters, syllables and phrases; To influence the recipient, achieve the artistic purpose, and portray the meaning in the clearest and clearest way. The Holy Qur’an is distinguished by its acoustic miracle that appears in the internal and external relations that make up the phonetic structure of the Qur’anic text. The research recommends making use of the phonemic study data in revealing the significance of the Qur’anic text, as the textual study is not limited to the syntactic aspect only, but all language levels combine to complete the text, and the phonetic level is the main element within the components of the linguistic text.
