|a الإعلام الجديد أو الإعلام الرقمي هو مجموعة تكنولوجيات الاتصال الرقمي التي تولدت من التزاوج بين تقنيات الحاسب والأجهزة الذكية (Mobile) والوسائل التقنية للإعلام مثل الطباعة والتصوير الفوتوغرافي والصوت والصورة والفيديو. وقد شهد الإعلام الرقمي تحديات مهمة استوعبتها الحضارة الإنسانية، ووظفت وسائله لمواكبة تطور التكنولوجيا الحديثة في إحداث تحولات نوعية جديدة من المضامين، تجذب انتباه المتلقي. ويعتبر الإعلام الرقمي في الزمن الراهن محركا أساسيا للحضارة، كما يعتبر النسق السريع الذي يميز التطورات والتحولات التكنولوجية، وما شهده هذا القطاع مثل عنصرا فعالا في تنشيط المبادلات الإنسانية والحضارية على اختلاف مستوياتها، الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والعلمية، تؤسس وتمهد لمستقبل جديد ومغاير لحركة الحضارة الإنسانية في إطار ما أصبح يصطلح على تسميته بالقرية الكونية (Global Village) وعصر الرقمنة.

In recent times, the relations between some Arab countries, especially between the Gulf States, have witnessed disputes that have reached the point of disputes. Various tools and which methods used in their management, the most important of which was the media tool. News channels and news treatment of the event or political dispute became the basis for providing mixed political analysis. The foreign policy of the country, and then the countries competed in confirming their political orientations and influencing regional and global public opinion.
