تمثلت أهداف البحث في: تحديد التحديات العالمية المعاصرة اللازم توافرها في برنامج إعداد فنى الزخرفة والإعلان بالمدرسة الثانوية الصناعية -تقييم البرنامج الحالي لتعرف مدى مراعاته لهذه التحديات -وضع تصور مقترح لبرنامج مطور قائم على منهجية الجدارات الحرفية لإعداد فنى الزخرفة والإعلان يراعى متطلبات التحديات العالمية المعاصرة -قياس فاعلية البرنامج المطور المقترح في تنمية المعارف والمهارات العملية والاتجاه نحو العمل الحرفي لدى هذا الفني، ومن أهم الإجراءات المتبعة: حصر التحديات العالمية المعاصرة، وتقييم برنامج الإعداد الحالي لتعرف مدى تضمنه لها، ثم وضع التصور للبرنامج المطور (فلسفته -أسس بنائه -الأهداف العامة -المحتوى..)، وتم اختيار جدارة من جدارات البرنامج وإعدادها وتجريبها على عينة من طلاب الصف الثاني تخصص الزخرفة والإعلان بالمدرسة الثانوية الصناعية، ومن أهم نتائج البحث: نمو وتحسن الأداء في الجانب المعرفي والمهارى لدى الطلاب بعد دراستهم لهذه الجدارة، وكذلك نمو الاتجاه نحو العمل الحرفي لديهم، ومن أهم توصيات البحث: إعادة النظر في برامج إعداد الفني بمدارس التعليم الثانوي الصناعي بصفة عامة في ضوء التحديات العالمية المعاصرة -توجيه اهتمام الموجهين والمعنيين بتخطيط برامج ومناهج تخصص الزخرفة والإعلان نحو استخدام البرنامج المطور المقترح -إجراء بحوث ودراسات تهدف إلى تقويم مقررات جوانب الإعداد المختلفة (مواد الثقافة العامة -المواد الفنية النظرية -التدريبات المهنية) والعمل على تطويرها لتتضمن التحديات العالمية المعاصرة -عقد دورات وندوات تثقيفية للمعلمين والموجهين والطلاب للتعريف بالتحديات العالمية المعاصرة -تشجيع الموجهين والمعلمين على تبنى نماذج تطوير المناهج وفقا للتوجهات والرؤى العالمية المعاصرة -تدريب الموجهين والمعلمين على تصميم الأنشطة التعليمية التي تتناسب مع طبيعة هذه المنهجية، ومع طبيعة محتواها، وتدريبهم على متابعة نمو الطلاب في المهارات العملية المرتبطة بها -أن تشتمل أدلة المعلم الخاصة بمقررات تخصص الزخرفة والإعلان على كيفية تضمين التحديات العالمية المعاصرة، وكيفية متابعة نمو المفاهيم والمهارات المرتبطة بها لدى الطلاب -إضافة مقررات دراسية خاصة بالتربية البيئية والتربية الصحية أو الصحة المهنية إلى خطة الدراسة سواء في هذا التخصص أو غيره من تخصصات المدرسة الثانوية الصناعية.
The objectives of the research were: Determining the contemporary global challenges that must be met in the program of preparing the decoration and advertising technician at the Industrial Secondary School- Evaluating the current program to know the extent to which it takes into account these challenges- Establishing a proposed concept for a developed program based on the methodology of craftsmanship to prepare the art of decoration and advertising taking into account the requirements of contemporary global challenges Measuring the effectiveness of the proposed developed program in developing practical knowledge and skills and the trend towards professional work for this technician, and among the most important procedures followed: inventory contemporary global challenges, evaluate the current preparation program to know the extent to which it includes them, and then develop the conceptualization of the developed program (its philosophy- foundations of its construction- general objectives- Content ..), and a merit was selected from the program’s merits, prepared and tested on a sample of second- grade students majoring in decoration and advertising in the industrial secondary school. Among the most important results of the research: the growth and improvement of the students ’knowledge and skills performance after studying this merit, as well as the growth of the trend towards Their craftsmanship, and one of the most important recommendations of the research: Reconsidering the technical preparation programs in industrial secondary education schools in general In light of contemporary global challenges- directing the attention of mentors and those concerned with planning programs and curricula for the decoration and advertising specialization towards using the proposed developed program- Conducting research and studies aimed at evaluating the decisions of the various aspects of preparation (general culture materials- theoretical technical materials- professional training) and working to develop them to include global challenges Contemporary- Holding educational sessions and seminars for teachers, mentors and students to introduce contemporary global challenges- Encouraging mentors and teachers to adopt curriculum development models according to contemporary global trends and visions- Training mentors and teachers to design educational activities that are commensurate with the nature of this methodology, and with the nature of its content, and training them to follow the growth Students in related practical skills- that the teacher's guides for the decoration and advertising courses include how to include contemporary global challenges, and how to follow up the growth of the concepts and skills associated with them among the students- Adding courses on environmental education, health education or occupational health to the study plan, whether in this Major or other high school majors Industrial.
