المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة لتحديد درجة إسهام إدارات مدارس التعليم بمحافظة حفر الباطن في بناء الشراكات المجتمعية من وجهة نظر مديري المدراس، والكشف عن الفروق الإحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات مديري المدراس حول تقديرهم لإسهام إدارات المدارس في بناء الشراكات المجتمعية تبعا لمتغيرات: النوع، والمرحلة الدراسية، ونوع المدرسة، وسنوات الخبرة، والوصول إلى سبل تفعيل إسهام إدارات مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظة حفر الباطن في بناء الشراكات المجتمعية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، مستعينة بالاستبانة التي وزعت على (334) مديرا ومديرة، حيث استجاب 179 بنسبة 53.59%، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المتوسط العام لإسهام إدارات المدارس في بناء الشراكات المجتمعية هو (3.13) بدرجة متوسطة، حيث بلغ متوسط مجال "الشراكة مع الأسرة" (3.619) بدرجة عالية، ثم مجال "الشراكة مع المؤسسات الحكومية" بمتوسط (3.28) ودرجة متوسطة، ثم مجال الشراكة مع المؤسسات غير الربحية بمتوسط (2.888) ودرجة متوسطة، ثم "مجال الشراكة مع القطاع الخاص" بمتوسط (2.73) ودرجة متوسطة، ولم توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول تقدير أفراد عينة الدراسة لإسهام إدارات مدارس حفر الباطن تعزى لمتغيرات النوع والمرحلة الدراسية ونوع المدرسة وسنوات الخبرة، أما سبل تطوير إسهام إدارات مدارس التعليم بمحافظة حفر الباطن في بناء الشراكات المجتمعية فجاء بمتوسط (3.15) وبدرجة متوسطة، وقد أوصت الدراسة بالعمل على زيادة الوعي المجتمعي بأهمية الشراكة المجتمعية، ووضع معايير واضحة ومحددة لاختيار أعضاء لجنة الشراكة المجتمعية في المدرسة، والتواصل مع مؤسسات القطاع الخاص وغير الربحي خارج المحافظة، وتفعيل جوانب التطوع وفق رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030.

The study aimed to determine the degree of the school administration’s contribution to the education schools in Hafr Al-Batin in building community partnerships from the principals’ point of view, and to reveal the statistical differences between the average principals’ responses about their appreciation of the school administration’s contribution to building community partnerships according to the variables: gender, school stage, school type, and years Experience, and access to ways to activate the school administration’s contribution in public education schools in Hafr Al-Batin Governorate in building community partnerships. The year for the school administration’s contribution to building community partnerships is (3.13) at a medium degree, where the average field of “partnership with the family” reached (3.619) with a high degree, then the field of “partnership with government institutions” with an average of (3.28) and a medium degree, then the field of partnership with institutions Non-profit organization with an average of (2.888) and a medium degree, then “the field of partnership with the private sector” with an average of (2.73) and a medium degree, and there were no statistically significant differences about the estimation of the study sample members’ contribution to The school administration in Hafr Al-Batin schools is attributed to the variables of gender, academic stage, school type, and years of experience. As for ways to develop the school administration’s contribution to education schools in Hafr Al-Batin in building community partnerships, it came with an average of (3.15) and a medium degree. The study recommended working to increase community awareness of the importance of community partnership. Setting clear and specific criteria for selecting members of the school’s community partnership committee, communicating with private and non-profit sector institutions outside the governorate, and activating aspects of volunteering in accordance with the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030.
