|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استقصاء فاعلية توظيف مديري مدارس ولاية صحم ومساعديهم لبوابة سلطنة عمان التعليمية، وكذلك الكشف عما إذا كانت توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في توظيف مديري المدارس ومساعديهم للبوابة التعليمية تعزى لمتغيرات: الجنس، المسمى الوظيفي، الخبرة الوظيفية، والحصول على الرخصة الدولية للحاسوب. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من 50 مديرا ومساعدا من مدارس ولاية صحم (الذكور والإناث) في مختلف المراحل التعليمية. قامت الباحثة بإعداد أداة وهي عبارة عن استبانة لاستقصاء مدى فاعلية التوظيف، وتكونت من 45 فقرة. تم قياس صدق محتوى الاستبانة من خلال صدقي الفقرة والتمثيل عن طريق محكمين مختصين، كما تم قياس ثباتها بحساب معامل ثبات الاتساق الداخلي بمعامل ألفا كرونباخ حيث بلغ α =0.932. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن فاعلية توظيف مديري مدارس ولاية صحم ومساعديهم لبوابة سلطنة عمان التعليمية كان بدرجة عالية جدا، وذلك بمتوسط حسابي مقداره 4.44=M، كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في فاعلية توظيف البوابة التعليمية تعزى لمتغيرات: الجنس، المسمى الوظيفي، الخبرة الوظيفية، والحصول على الرخصة الدولية للحاسوب. وفي ضوء النتائج السابقة أوصت الدراسة بتكثيف عقد الدورات التدريبية لإدارات المدارس، وتوفير خدمات الإنترنت السريعة بالمؤسسات التعليمية لتسهيل عمليات تسجيل الدخول للبوابة التعليمية، وتبسيط خطوات العمل المعقدة على بعض خدمات البوابة.
|b This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of employing the Sultanate of Oman Educational portal by Saham’s school principals and the deputy principal, in addition of examining whether there are statistical differences on employing the Educational portal with regard to: gender, job position, work experience, and having the International Computer Driving License (ICDL). The study based on the descriptive methodology in order to verify the objectives. The sample consists of 50 principals and deputy principals (male and female) of Saham’s schools. The researcher provided questionnaire to investigate the effectiveness of employing Educational portal, which included 45 items. The content validity which includes item validity and sampling validity was measured by a panel of specialists. The internal consistency’s reliability was measured via Alpha Cronbach which was α =0.932. The most important results of this study showed that principles and deputy principals use the Educational portal on a very high level with average of M= 4.44, also the results indicated that there were no statistical significant differences on employing the Educational portal with regard to gender, job position, work experience, and having the International Computer Driving License. The study recommended that policy makers should conduct intensive training courses for school administration, and providing a high speed internet services in the schools to simplify access the Portal and use it effectively, in addition of simplifying the complex working steps on some portal’s features.
